Özet

Kanser, günümüzde tüm dünya ülkeleri için büyük sorun teşkil eden hastalıkların başında gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla tamamlayıcı tedavi olarak bitkilere yönelim artmaktadır. Bu bitkilerden biri civan perçemi (CP) olup antitümöral etkisinin olduğu yapılan çalışmalarla rapor edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada CP'den elde edilen ekstrenin antitümöral etkisi Ehrlich solid tümör oluşturulan Balb/C farelerde araştırıldı. Çalışmamızda 25-30 g ağırlığında 8-10 haftalık Balb/C türü 57 erkek fare kullanıldı. Gruplar negatif kontrol (NKG), pozitif kontrol (PKG), CP-200mg/kg ve CP-400mg/kg şeklinde oluşturuldu. Ehrlich solid tümörü 1x106 EAT hücresi 0.1 ml fosfat buffer saline (PBS) içerisinde farelerin ense bölgesine subkutan olarak verilerek solid tümör oluşturuldu. PKG ve CP grubundaki farelere 16 gün boyunca i.p. (intraperitoneal) olarak sol arka bacağından CP ektresi verildi. 17. gün (17G) sakrifiye edilen hayvanların dokuları alınarak ışık mikroskobunda histopatalojik inceleme yapıldı. Çalışmada deney hayvanlarında kilo takibi yapıldı. Cancer is one of the most problematic diseases for all countries of the world today. Therefore, the tendency towards plants is increasing as a complementary treatment. One of the plant Yarrow (CP) and it has been reported by studies that have antitumoral effect. In this study, the antitumoral effect of the extract obtained from CP was investigated in Balb/C mice where Ehrlich solid tumor was formed. In our study, 57 male mice of 8-10 weeks Balb/C type weighing 25-30 g were used. The groups were formed as negative control (NKG), positive control (PKG), CP-200mg/kg and CP-400mg/kg. Ehrlich solid tumor 1x106 EAT cell 0.1 ml into phosphate buffer saline (PBS) into the nape a of mice was give as subcutaneously formed solid tumor. Mice in the PKG and CP groups were given CP extract of the left back leg as rope as to i.p. for 16 days.
