Özet
Bu randomize kontrollü deneysel çalışma, çocukları cinsel istismardan koruma eğitim programının okul öncesi dönem çocuğu olan annelerin çocuk cinsel istismarına ilişkin inançları üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı bir anaokulunda öğrenim gören çocukların anneleri ile yapılmıştır. Etik kurul, kurum izni ve katılımcı onamı alınan bu çalışmada, eğitim (ne=40) ve kontrol (nk=40) grubundaki annelerin; yaş, eğitim düzeyi, çalışma durumu ve istismar konusunda bilgi alma kriterleri benzer seçilmiştir (p>0.05). Veriler,“Çocuk ve Ebeveyn Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu”,“Çocuk Cinsel İstismarına İlişkin Ebeveyn İnançları Formu”(ÇCİEİF) ve“Sadece Senin Koruman Yetmez”isimli ebeveyn eğitim kitapçığıile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada eğitim grubuna dört oturumdan oluşan Çocukları Cinsel İstismardan Koruma Ebeveyn Eğitimi Programı uygulanmıştır. Çalışma öncesi (1. ölçüm), sonrası (2. ölçüm) ve izlem sürecinde (3. ölçüm); annelerin çocuk cinsel istismarına ilişkin inançları değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Cochran Q, Pearson Ki-Kare, Kapsam Geçerlilik Oranı (KGO), Tukey Maddeler Arası Toplanamazlık, Tekrarlı Ölçümlerde İki Yönlü Varyans Analizi, Bonferoni Posthoc testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, Çocukları Cinsel İstismardan Koruma Ebeveyn Eğitim Programı sonrasında eğitim grubundaki annelerin ÇCİEİF toplam puanlarının 2. ve 3. ölçümlerde kontrol grubundan yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur (p<0.001). Eğitim sonrasında eğitim grubundaki annelerin ÇCİEİF'in İstismarcının Özelliklerine İlişkin İnançlar, Mağdurun Özelliklerine İlişkin İnançlar, Toplumun Cinsel İstismara İlişkin İnançlar ve Cinsel İstismardan Korunma Eğitimine İlişkin İnançlar alt boyutlarındaki maddelere verdikleri doğru yanıt oranlarının 2. ve 3. ölçümlerde arttığı belirlenmiştir(p<0.05). Çalışma için oluşturulan ÇCİEİF ve eğitim kitapçığı KGO değerleri 0.800 ve üzerinde bulunmuştur. ÇCİEİF Cronbach Alfa değerleri 0.549-0.840 arasında değişmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre; uygulanan eğitim programının annelerin çocuk cinsel istismarına ilişkin inançları üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir.“Sadece Senin Koruman Yetmez”isimli ebeveyn eğitim kitapçığı ve ÇCİEİF'nin çocukları cinsel istismardan koruma ebeveyn eğitimlerinde kullanılması önerilebilir.

This randomized controlled experimental study was conducted to determine the effect of the child protection program on beliefs of child sexual abuse of mothers with preschool children. The study was conducted with mothers of children attending a public kindergarten of the Ministry of National Education. In this study, which was conducted with with the permission of the ethics committee, institutional and mothers, the data were collected with the Descriptive Characteristics Form for Child and Parent, the Parental Beliefs Form on Child Sexual Abuse (PBFCSA) and the training manual for parents“Your Protection Alone Is Not Enough”. Age, education level, status of employment and information about abuse of the mothers in the education (ne = 40) and control (nc=40) groups were chosen as similar (p>0.05). In the study, Child Sexual Abuse Protection Training Program for Parents consisting of four sessions was implemented to the education group. In the pre-study (1st measurement), post-study (2nd measurement) and follow-up (3rd measurement); mothers' beliefs about child sexual abuse were evaluated. Descriptive statistics, Cochran Q, Pearson chi-square, Scope Validity Ratio (SVR), Tukey non-summability between items, Two-Way Analysis of Variance in Repeated Measures, Bonferoni Posthoc Tests were used in the evaluation of the data. In the study, it was found that the PBFCSA scores of the mothers in the education group were higher than the control group in the 2nd and 3rd measurements after Child Sexual Abuse Protection Training Program for Parents (p<0.001). After the training program, it was determined that the correct response rates to the items in the all subscales (beliefs about the characteristics of the abuser, the characteristics of the victim, the sexual abuse of the community and the protection of sexual abuse) of PBFCSA of the mothers in the education group were increased in the 2nd and 3rd measurements (p<0.05). The SVR values of PBFCSA and training manual were 0.800 and above. The Cronbach alpha values for PBFCSA ranged between 0.549-0.840. According to these results; It was determined that the education program implemented had a positive effect on mothers' beliefs about child sexual abuse.“Your Protection Alone Is Not Enough”training manual for parents and PBFCSA can be recommended for use in child sexual abuse parent education.
