Özet
Bu çalışmamızda işyeri tehlike sınıfları bakımından tehlikeli sınıfta bulunan bir meslek lisesinin 10. sınıf öğrencileri üzerinde çalışılmış olup, verilen temel iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimlerinin öğrenciler- üzerindeki başarı ve kalıcılıktaki etkisi ölçülmek istenmiştir. Öğrencilerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek için 10 adet soru yöneltilmiş, yine iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik başarıyı ölçmek için 20 soruluk açık uçlu soru sorulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı vasıtasıyla analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak öğrencilere verilen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimlerinin öğrencilerin iş güvenliğine yönelik tutumlarını olumlu yönde değiştirdiği, iş güvenliğine yönelik bilgi düzeyini arttırdığını göstermiştir. Bu durum öğrencilere verilen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimlerinin ne kadar önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca verilen eğitimler öğrencilerin tehlikeli olarak kabul edilen eğitim gördükleri atölyelerde iş güvenliğine yönelik farkındalıklarını sürekli aktif tutacak ve yaşanılabilecek kaza ve yaralanmaların önüne geçilmiş olacaktır.

At this our study, we studied with vocational high school 10 th class students who are in a class being dangerous according to types of workplaces and we wanted to surve the effect of occupational health and safety education on students. We prepared ten questions to make test the attitudes of students towards occupational health and safety and also we prepared twenty open-ended questions to make test the stundents' succcess about occupational health and safety. Results have been analyzed by the help of SPSS program. Finally, we have observed that the education of occupational health and safety has changed the attitudes of students towards occupational health and safety in a positive way and also the information of students has increased about this subject. This education shows how the occupational health and safety is important for students. However, this education will always provide awareness on students towards occupational safety in workshops which are accepted dangerous and this education will prevent accidents and injuries in thes workshops.
