Özet
Eğitimde ölçme ve değerlendirme büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Öğrencilerin istenilen hedefe ne kadar ulaştıklarını belirleyebilmek için geleneksel ve alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişimi ile birlikte eğitimde kullanımı yaygınlaşan Web 2.0 araçları arasında yer alan dijital değerlendirme araçları kullanılmaktadır. Bu araçlar öğrencilere bilgisayar, tablet, cep telefonu gibi araçlar yoluyla yöneltilen sorulara cevap verme fırsatı sunmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın amacı Web 2.0 değerlendirme araçlarından biri olan Google Formlar uygulamasının ilkokulda kullanılabilirliğini belirlemektir. Google Formlar uygulaması sosyal bilgiler dersinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Şanlıurfa'nın Haliliye ilçesinde bir devlet ilkokulunda 4. sınıfta okuyan 17 öğrenci ve 1 ilkokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup öğrencilerden ve öğretmenden açık uçlu ve kapalı uçlu anket formu ile görüş alınmıştır. Nitel verilerinin analizi için betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Nicel veriler ise SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde öğretmenin ve öğrencilerin Google Formlar uygulamasını genel olarak beğendikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrenciler Google Formlar uygulamasında beğendikleri yönlerini uygulamanın eğlenceli olması, anlamlı olması,güzel olması, ilgi çekici olması, öğretici olması, bilgilendirici olması, öğrenmede kalıcılığı arttırması, kullanışlı olması, resimlerin yer alması, dönüt alınabilmesi ve soruların kolay cevaplanabilmesi olarak belirtmişlerdir. Öğretmen uygulamada genel olarak beğenmediği bir yönünün olmadığını ifade etmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmen uygulamanın her ortamda kullanılmasını ve yaygınlaştırılmasını istemektedir.

Measurement and evaluation have a great importance in education. Traditional and alternative methods of measurement and evaluation are used to determine how far the students have achieved the desired goal. Today, digital evaluation tools are used among the Web 2.0 tools that are widely used in education with the development of technology. These tools offer students the opportunity to answer questions posed through tools such as computers, tablets, and mobile phones. The purpose of the research is to determine the usability of Google Forms, one of the Web 2.0 assessment tools, in primary school. The Google Forms application was used in social studies. The study group of the research consists of 17 students studying in fourth grade and 1 primary school teacher in a public primary school in Haliliye district of Şanlıurfa. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were used in the study and opinions were received from the students and teachers with an open-ended and closed-ended questionnaire. Descriptive analysis technique was used for the analysis of qualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed with the SPSS program. As a result of the research, it was revealed that teachers and students generally liked Google Forms. When the results of the research were examined, it was concluded that teachers and students generally liked Google Forms. The students stated the aspects they liked in the Google Forms as being fun, meaningful, beautiful, interesting,instructive, informative, increasing permanence in learning, being useful, taking pictures, getting feedback and answering questions easily. The teacher stated that there was no aspect in practice that she generally disliked. In addition, the teacher wants the application to be used and expanded in every environment.
