Özet
Bu çalışmada Cumhuriyet Döneminde (1920-1940) kaleme alınan Türk Romanlarında Hz. Muhammed algısının tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti'nin yıkılışından sonra siyasi, kültürel ve sosyal açıdan her alanda yapılan devrimlerle yeni bir döneme geçilmiştir. Cumhuriyet Dönemi bu yenilikleri temsil etmektedir. Yapılan inkılapların etkileri hemen hemen bütün alanlarda hissedilmiştir. Romancılar bu değişim ve dönüşümleri eserlerinde yansıtmışlardır. Tezimiz bir giriş, iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde öncelikle romanın mahiyeti, bizdeki serüveni ve Cumhuriyet Dönemindeki seyrinden bahsedilmiştir. Daha sonra Türk romanın genel özellikleri ile birlikte Cumhuriyet Döneminin din ve Hz. Peygamber algısına değinilmiştir. Birinci Bölümde, Cumhuriyet Döneminin önde gelen romancılarının hayat hikâyelerine, çalışmamıza konu olan eserlerine, dinî hassasiyetlerine ve ideolojilerine kısaca yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise bu yazarların 1920–1940 yılları arasında kaleme aldığı otuz sekiz romanın konuları kısaca anlatılarak romanlardaki Hz. Peygamber algısı tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgular neticesinde eserlerdeki olumlu veya olumsuz bir Hz. Muhammed algısının varlığı değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, in the Turkish Novels written in the Republic Period (1920–1940). It is aimed to detect the perception of Muhammad. After the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, a new era has been passed with the revolutions made in every field in terms of political, cultural and social. The Republic Period represents these innovations. The effects of the reforms were felt in almost all areas. Novelists have reflected these changes and transformations in their works. Our thesis consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction part, the nature of the novel, its adventure in our country and its course in the Republic Period are mentioned first. Then, along with the general features of the Turkish novel, religion and the perception of the Prophet of the Republic Period is mentioned. In the first chapter, the life stories of the leading novelists of the Republic Period, their works, religious sensitivities and ideologies are briefly discussed. In the second part, the subject of thirty-six novels draw up by these authors between 1920-1940 were briefly explained and the perception of the Prophet has been detected. As a result of these findings, the presence of a positive or negative perception of Prophet Muhammad in the works was evaluated.
