Özet
Çalışma hayatında verim almanın çeşitli yöntemleri vardır. Çalışma ortamlarının konforlu ve rahat olması çalışanlarda verimliliğin artmasına neden olmaktadır. Ofislerde, verimliliği arttıran pek çok etkenden söz etmek mümkündür. İşletmelerde ofisi oluşturan ekipmanların çalışma verimini ve insan sağlığını etkilediği bilinmektedir. Ofis mobilyaların fiziki ya da ergonomik özelliklerinin insan vücuduna uygunluğu önemlidir. Bu nedenle, insan rahatlığı ve sağlığı için seçilen oturma elemanlarının ergonomik olması ve kullanıcı antropometrisi ile uyumunun sağlanması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışamnın amacı; ofislerdeki oturma elemanlarının çalışanın performansını nasıl etkilendiğini belirlemek ve uygunluk değerlendirmesi yapmaktır. Bu amaca göre, tez çalışmasında ofis elemanlarının ergonomik ve antropometrik ölçütlere göre uygunluğu, teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı ofis çalışma ortamlarının gelişimi konusunda inceleme yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda ofis elemanların fiziki ve ergonomik tasarımının insan özelliğine göre nasıl tasarlanması gerektiği konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

There are various alternative methods of obtaining efficiency in working life. The comfortable and comfortable working environment scause an increase in productivity. In this context, it is possible to mentionmany factors that in crease conditioning. The work that creates the office in the businesses is because the work affects the effect. In this context, sitting are as in the office environment, choosing working efficiency and human health are important factors. The physical or ergonomic features of office furniture are important for the human body. This option provides ergonomics for human comfort and healt hand the necessity of compliance with use ranthropometry. The purpose of thisstudy is; toreview how employees work in the office is affected and tomake compliance. In this context, the suitability of office staff according to ergonomic and anthropometriccriteria, development of office work environments depending on technological developments will be examined. How the office and the physical and ergonomic design of the office staff should be designed according to the human characteristic.
