Özet
İşletmeler rakipleriyle zorlu ve yoğun bir rekabet içerisinde varlıklarını devam ettirme mücadelesi vermektedir. Teknolojik gelişmeler, rakipler arası mücadeleler ve müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçlarının günümüzde hızla değişiyor olması işletmelerin, bu kadar bilinmez ve belirsizlik ortamında ayakta kalmalarını zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu nedenle işletmeler varlıklarını devam ettirmek için dinamik bir yapı içerisinde, rakiplerinden her zaman bir adım önde ve farklılaşmış olmak zorundadır. İşletmeler bu farklılaşmayı satış, pazarlama, üretim ya da dağıtım kanallarında farklı yöntemlerle gerçekleştirebileceği gibi son dönemlerde entelektüel sermaye ve bilgi yönetim yapılarında yaptıkları yeniliklerle de gerçekleştirebilmektedir. İşletmelerin bünyesinde gerçekleştirdikleri tüm bu farklılaşmalar da beraberinde işletmelere rekabet avantajı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında işletmelerin entelektüel sermaye ve bilgi yönetim stratejilerinin firma performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda Deloitte tarafından 2018 yılında Türkiye'nin en hızlı büyüyen teknoloji şirketleri baz alınarak hazırlanmış olan“Technology Fast 50”listesine yer alan firmalara yönelik bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın veri toplama yöntemi olarak ise anket yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda yapılan analizlere göre entelektüel sermayenin bilgi yönetimini stratejileri, bilgi yönetimi stratejilerinin ise firma performansı üzerinde direkt ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Bununla birlikte entelektüel sermayenin firma performansını bilgi yönetimi stratejileri üzerinden etkilemekte olduğu; yani entelektüel sermaye ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişkide bilgi yönetimi stratejilerinin aracılık etkisi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Araştırma bulguları, firmaların küresel yenilikçilikleri arttıkça, bilgi yönetimi stratejileri ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi pozitif yönlü olarak güçlendirmektedir.

Companies are struggling to survive in stiff and intense competition with their competitors. Technological developments, contests between competitors, and the rapid change of customer demands and needs today make it difficult for businesses to survive in such an unknown and uncertain environment. For this reason, companies must always be one step ahead and differentiated from their competitors in a dynamic structure to continue their existence. Business enterprises can realize this differentiation with different sales methods, marketing, production, distribution channels and the innovations they have made in intellectual capital and information management structures. All these differentiation in the structure of the enterprises provide a competitive advantage. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to reveal the effects of the intellectual capital and information management strategies of the enterprises on the firm performance. Based on the companies included in the Technology Fast 50 2018 list published by Deloitte, the intellectual capital, knowledge management, innovation, and firm performance relationship of the enterprises were analyzed. The survey method was preferred as the data collection method of the study. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that intellectual capital directly and significantly ffects knowledge management strategies. Knowledge management strategies have a direct and significant effect on firm performance. In addition to this, it has emerged that intellectual capital affects firm performance through knowledge management strategies. Knowledge management strategies mediate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance. As a result, the research findings contribute to the knowledge management literature from the point of innovation by demonstrating that the relationship between knowledge management strategies and firm performance gains strength when the companies' global innovativeness increases.
