Özet
Bu tez, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisinin Bayrampaşa Gençlik Kollarına üye olan gençlerin siyasal mobilizasyonlarını incelemektedir. Partiye üye olan gençlerin nasıl mobilize oldukları, ve bu mobilizasyonun temelinde yatan gündelik yaşam pratikleri ve duygularını inceleyen saha çalışması ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu amaçla parti bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen pratikler toplumsal hareket çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Veriler on üç kişi ile yapılan derinlemesine görüşmeler ve Bayrampaşa AKP Gençlik Kollarının haftalık toplantılarında yapılan katılımcı gözlem metoduyla toplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda bir siyasi partinin alt kademesi olan Gençlik Kollarının yürüttükleri çalışmaların seçim dönemleri dışında toplumsal hareket görünümüne sahip olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Gençlik Kolları, üye olan gençler için birçok duygunun eyleme dönüştüğü bir siyasal alanı ifade etmektedir. Toplumsal bir hareketin sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan AKP, İslamcı toplumsal hareketin siyasi alanda profesyonelleşmesinin bir sonucu olarak düşünülebilir. Bu profesyonelleşme, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin kökenlerini oluşturan İslamcı hareketten farklı, benzersiz bir kimliğe sahip siyasi parti haline gelmesi ile sonuçlanmıştır. AKP Gençlik Kolları da bu dönüşümden nasibini alan parti içi alan olarak; günlük yaşam pratikleri ve sosyalleşme süreçleri ile yeni kimliğin inşasında rol oynamıştır. Mikro düzeydeki saha çalışmamda, Bayrampaşa AKP Gençlik Kollarının bu dönüşümdeki siyasi ve sosyal pratiklerini ve bu pratiklerin içerdiği modern taktikleri inceledim.

This thesis examines the political mobilization of young people who are members of the Bayrampaşa Youth Branch of the Justice and Development Party. A field study has resulted that examines how young people who are members of the party are mobilized, and everyday life practices and emotions underlying this mobilization. The practices carried out within the party were examined within the framework of social movement. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with 13 young people and the participant observation method at the Justice and Development Party Bayrampaşa Youth Branch weekly meetings. As a result of the study it was observed that the work carried out by the Youth Branch, which is at the sub-level of a political party, has the appearance of a social movement when not in election periods. Youth Branches represent a political space in which emotions turn into action for the young people who are its members. Emerging as a result of a social movement, the JDP can be considered as a result of the Islamist Social Movement's professionalization in the political sphere. This professionalization has resulted from the Islamist movement that forms the origins of the JDP and has become a political party with a unique identity. The Party Youth branches, as the subfield of the party that got its share from this transformation. They played a role in the construction of new identity through subjective experiences as daily life practices and socialization processes. In my field study at the micro level, I observed that Bayrampaşa JDP Youth Branch hosted a transformation that incorporates political and social practices into modern tactics.
