Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma laparoskopik kolesistektomi sonrası hastalara akupresür uygulamanın bulantı, kusma, ağrı ve uyku kalitesine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma plasebo gruplu, randomize kontrollü deneysel araştırma modeli kullanılarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın verileri Atatürk Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniği'nde Kasım 2019-Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Araştırma 188 (64 kontrol, 64 deney ve 60 plasebo) laparoskopik kolesistektomi yapılan hasta ile yürütüldü. Veriler hasta tanıtım formu, bulantı sayısal ölçeği, yaşam bulguları takip formu, GKÖ, SKÖ ve RCUÖ kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde; sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, Ki-kare, ANOVA testi, Bonferroni ve LSD analizi yapıldı.Bulgular: Grupların postoperatif 0-2, 2-6 ve 12-24. saatlerde bulantı şiddeti puan ortalaması ve bulantı varlığı arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu ve deney grubunda bulantı varlığı ve bulantı şiddetinin daha az görüldüğü belirlendi (p0.05). Hastaların RCUÖ toplam puan ortalamaları deney grubunda 59.01±24.01, kontrol grubunda 33.18±27.05, plasebo grubunda 38.96±25.75 olup gruplar arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak ileri derecede anlamlı olduğu, deney grubundaki hastaların RCUÖ puan ortalamalarının daha yüksek olduğu saptandı (p

Aim: This study was conducted to determine the effect of acupressure application on nausea, vomiting, pain and sleep quality of patients after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Materials and Methods: The research was conducted using a placebo-group, randomized controlled experimental research design. The study data were collected at Atatürk University Health Application and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic between November 2019 and November 2020. The study was conducted with 188 patients (64 in the control, 64 in the experimental, and 60 in the placebo groups) who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The data were collected using Patient Information Form, Nausea Numeric Rating Scale, Life Signs Follow-Up Form, VAS, VRS and RCSQ. In the evaluations of the data, number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, ANOVA, Bonferroni and LSD analysis were used.Results: The difference between the average nausea intensity score and the presence of nausea in the postoperative 0-2, 2-6, and 12-24th hours was statistically significant, and the presence of nausea and the severity of nausea were found to be lower in the experimental group (p0.05).
