Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, light cure ve dual cure kompozitlerin dentine bağlantısında, universal adezivlerin dual cure aktivatörleri ile birlikte kullanılmasının etkisini değerlendirmektir. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmamızda üç adet universal adeziv sistem  Prime Bond Universal (Dentsply Sirona, Milford, DE, ABD) , Clearfil Universal Bond Quick ( Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japonya ), G Premio Bond ( GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japonya )  ve üç adet dual cure aktivatör  Self Cure Aktivatör (Dentsply Sirona, Milford, DE, ABD), Clearfil Dual Cure Aktivatör (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japonya ), G Premio Dual Cure Aktivatör (GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japonya )  kullanıldı. Kontrol grubu olarak Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japonya) kullanıldı. 130 çürüksüz insan molar dişinin minesi uzaklaştırılark düz dentin yüzeyi elde edildi. Dişler; uygulanacak adeziv ajana göre önce üç gruba ardından adezivin polimerizasyon moduna göre dört alt gruba (light cure, dual cure, self cure, aktivatörsüz self cure) ayrıldı (n=10). Polimerizasyon moduna göre polimerize edildikten sonra adezivler kompozit tipine göre Clearfil Majesty Posterior, Clearfil DC Core Plus Refill Dentin (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japonya)  iki gruba daha ayrıldı (n=5). 4 mm çapında 4mm yüksekliğinde silikon kalıplar kullanılarak kompozitler yerleştirildi. Makaslama bağlanma kuvveti, universal bir test cihazı (AGS-X, Shimadzu, Japonya) kullanılarak ölçüldü. Kaydedilen veriler varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Tukey HSD testleri ile analiz edildi (p0.05). GP de ise bağlanma dayanımında azalma meydana gelmiştir (p>0.05). Dual cure aktivatör kullanımı, light cure kompozitle restore edilen tüm gruplarda bağlantı dayanımını azaltmıştır. Sonuç: Universal adeziv sistemlerin dual cure aktivatörler ile birlikte kullanımı, light cure kompozitin dentine bağlanma dayanımının azalmasına neden olmuştur. Dual cure aktivatörler, dual cure kompozit ile universal adeziv arasındaki uyumsuzluğu azaltmada yeterli olmamıştır.

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of using universal adhesives with dual cure activators on the bonding of light cure and dual cure composites to dentin. Materials and Methods: In our study, three universal adhesive systems Prime Bond Universal (Dentsply Sirona, Milford, DE, USA), Clearfil Universal Bond Quick (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japan), G Premio Bond (GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan)  and three dual cure activators Self Cure Activator (Dentsply Sirona, Milford, DE, USA), Clearfil Dual Cure Activator (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japan), G Premio Dual Cure Activator (GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan)  was used. Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japan) was used as the control group. By removing the enamel of 130 carious-free human molar teeth, a flat dentin surface was obtained. Teeth; according to the adhesive agent to be applied, they were first divided into three groups and then into four subgroups (light cure, dual cure, self cure, self cure without activator) according to the polymerization mode of the adhesive (n = 10).After polymerization according to the polymerization mode, the adhesives were further divided into two groups according to the composite type Clearfil Majesty Posterior, Clearfil DC Core Plus Refill Dentin (Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc., Okuyama, Japan)  (n = 5). The composites were placed using silicone molds of 4 mm diameter and 4 mm height. Shear bond strength was measured using a universal tester (AGS-X, Shimadzu, Japan). The recorded data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey HSD tests (p0.05). On the other hand, there was a decrease in bond strength in GP (p>0.05). The use of dual cure activators reduced the bond strength in all groups restored with light cure composite. Conclusion: Usage of universal adhesive systems with dual cure activators was decreased the bond strength of light cure composite to dentin. Dual cure activators, did not have enough effect in reducing the incompatibility between the dual cure composite with universal adhesive.
