Özet
Bu araştırma Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin kullandığı sınıf yönetimi davranışları ile lise düzeyindeki öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri ile sporda sosyalleşme düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın amacı mesleğini beden eğitimi öğretmeni olarak seçen kişilerin sınıf yönetimi becerilerinin incelenmesi, sınıf içi davranışlarını güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile ele alarak onların sınıf yönetimi gelişimine katkıda bulunmaktır. Ayrıca beden eğitimi dersi gören öğrencilerin iletişim becerilerinin incelenmesi ile bireysel ve takım sporu alt boyutlarına göre sosyalleşme düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın evreni Avcılar ilçesinde özel okullarda çalışan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri ile hazırlık ve 9 sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma evren örneklemini doğru temsil edebilecek 258 öğrenci ve 18 beden eğitimi öğretmeniyle yapılmıştır. Araştırma nicel ve nitel verilere dayalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimi davranışlarını saptamak için nitel analiz yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması için öğretmenler ile yüz yüze görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş ve alınan cevaplar mail ortamında toplanmıştır. Beden eğitimi dersine giren öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri ve sporda sosyalleşme düzeylerinin incelenmesinde nicel analiz yönetim kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS programında yorumlanmıştır Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda öğretmenlerin sınıf organizasyonu ve ders yıllık planlarını hazırlarken öğrencilerin ilgi, istek ve ihtiyaçlarını gözettiği, güvenlik önlemlerini de göz önünde bulundurup elindeki ders materyallerine göre ders programını hazırladığı, ders içerisinde öğrencilere çeşitli sorumluluklar vererek onların öz güven duygularını geliştirdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin sınıf kurallarını oluştururken öğrencilerin de görüşlerini alarak demokratik bir sınıf ortamı yarattığı etkili bir sınıf yönetimi için derslerini konu dağılımı ve zaman yönetimi açısından verimli işlediği, öğrencilerin bireysel özelliklerine göre öğretim programlarını kullandığı, rol model olduğu ve öğrencilerin başarılı yönlerini ortaya çıkarıp rol model gösterdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri ve sporda sosyalleşme düzeyi alt boyutları kız ve erkek öğrenciler arasında zihinsel puan bakımından yüksek bulunmuştur. Kız öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri zihinsel alt boyut puanlarının erkek öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri zihinsel alt boyutu puanlarından yüksek kız öğrencilerin zihinsel iletişim becerilerinin erkek öğrencilerden daha iyidir. 9. sınıfların duygusal ve davranışsal puanlarının hazırlık sınıfından daha yüksek, takım sporları tercih puanları ise hazırlık sınıflarından daha yüksek bulunduğundan 9. sınıfların duygusal ve davranışsal becerilerinin hazırlık sınıflarından daha iyidir. Araştırma örneklemine katılan öğrencilerin ailede spor yapan ve yapmayanlarda bireysel ve takım sporları tercih puanları yönünden alt boyutları incelendiğinde ailelerde spor yapan kişilerin bireysel sporları tercih ettiği görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri envanteri alt boyutları ile sporda sosyalleşme düzeyleri envanteri alt boyutlarını okul ismi yönünden istatistiksel bulgularına baktığımızda bireysel sporları tercih etme oranı yüksektir. Öğrencilerin okul türüne göre bireysel ve takım sporları tercih puanlarının Doğa Kolejinde okuyan öğrencilerde Işık Lisesi ve Kozmos Lisesine göre bireysel sporları tercih etme eğilimleri daha yüksektir. Öğrencilerin iletişim becerileri ile sporda sosyalleşme düzeyi alt boyutları olan bireysel ve takım sporları tercih edilmesine yönelik bulgularına baktığımızda iletiştim becerileri kriterlerine göre bireysel ve takım sporları tercihlerinde zihinsel ortalama bakımından anlamlı fark vardır. Sonuç olarak takım sporu tercih puanı ile bireysel spor tercih puanından yüksek olan öğrencilerin zihinsel ortalamalarının da yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.

This study examines the classroom management behaviors used by Physical Education Teachers and the communication skills of high school students and their socialization levels in sports. The aim of the study is to examine the classroom management skills of those who choose their profession as physical education teachers, and to contribute to their classroom management development by addressing their classroom behaviors with their strengths and weaknesses. In addition, it is the examination of the communication skills of the students who take physical education lessons and the determination of their socialization levels according to the individual and team sports sub-dimensions. The population of the study consists of physical education teachers working in private schools in Avcılar district and prep and 9 grade students. The research was conducted with 258 students and 18 physical education teachers who could represent the population sample correctly. The research was analyzed based on quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative analysis method was used to determine the classroom management behaviors of physical education teachers. In order to collect the data, a face-to-face meeting was held with the teachers and the answers were collected in the e-mail environment. Quantitative analysis management was used to examine the communication skills of students taking physical education lessons and their socialization levels in sports. The findings obtained were also interpreted in the SPSS program. As a result of the interviews with the teachers who participated in the study, it was observed that the teachers took into account the interests, wishes and needs of the students while preparing the classroom organization and course annual plans, prepared the curriculum according to the course materials they had, taking into account the safety precautions, and developed their self-confidence by giving students various responsibilities in the course. Physical education teachers create a democratic classroom environment by taking the opinions of students while creating classroom rules, teaching their lessons efficiently in terms of subject distribution and time management, using teaching programs according to students' individual characteristics, being a role model, revealing the successful aspects of students and showing them has been observed. The sub-dimensions of communication skills and the level of socialization in sports of the students participating in the study were found to be higher in terms of mental scores among male and female students. Female students' communication skills mental sub-dimension scores were higher than male students' mental sub-dimension scores were higher than male students' mental communication skills. Since the emotional and behavioral scores of the 9th graders are higher than the preparatory class and the team sports preference scores are higher than the preparatory classes, the emotional and behavioral skills of the 9th graders are better than the preparatory classes. When the sub-dimensions of the students participating in the research sample are examined in terms of individual and team sports preference scores of those who do sports in the family and those who do not, it is seen that those who do sports in families prefer individual sports. When we look at the statistical findings of students' communication skills inventory sub-dimensions and sub-dimensions of socialization in sports in terms of school name, the rate of preferring individual sports is high. Students' individual and team sports preference scores according to the type of school are higher among the students studying at Doğa College than Işık High School and Kozmos High School. When we look at the group statistics findings about students' communication skills and the preference of individual and team sports with sub-dimensions of socialization level in sports, there is a significant difference in terms of mental average between individual and team sports preferences according to communication skills criteria. As a result, it is seen that the higher the team sports preference score and the higher the individual sports preference score, the higher the mental averages.
