Özet
Girişimcilik yönelimi kavramıyla küresel rekabet ortamında hayatta kalması için sürekli yenilik yapan, hesaplı risk alabilen, pazar koşullarında saldırgan ve girişken olan, proaktif hareket eden, kendi kendine bağımsız çalışma yapabilme ve kendi zihnini yönetebilme yeteneğine sahip olan bireyler ve bu bireylerin oluşturduğu örgütler ve toplumlar tarif edilmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında girişimciliğin nasılı ile ilgilenen bir olgu ve örgütler açısından oldukça stratejik bir karar olan“girişimcilik yönelimini”etkileyen faktörler, örgütü üst düzey yöneticisinin bir yansıması olarak gören Üst Yönetim Kuramı söylemleri içinde karar ve davranış bakış açısı ile ele alınmıştır. Bu tez kapsamında kavram olarak girişimcilik yönelimi kavramı, kuram olarak Üst Yönetim Kuramı ve araştırma sahası olarak da Teknopark girişimcileri tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Üst Yönetim Kuramı ölçülebilir değişkenlerinin girişimcilik yönelimi üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığının yayımladığı Teknopark Performans Endeksine göre son yayımlanan liste olan 2018 yılı listesi dikkate alınmıştır. Girişimcilik yönelimine etki eden faktörleri belirlemek adına bu girişimcilere girişimcilik yönelimi çok boyutlu ölçeği, algılanan çevresel belirsizlik ölçeği ve demografik sorular sorulmuştur. Girişimcilik yönelimini etkileyen Üst Yönetim Kuramından süzülen değişkenler bireysel, örgütsel, çevresel ve sosyal statü faktörleri olarak gruplandırılarak irdelenmiş ve hangi faktörlerin daha çok etkisi olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada girişimcilik yönelimini etkileyen faktörler t testi, ANOVA ve Çoklu Regresyon Analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, girişimcinin sahip olduğu bireysel değişkenler içerisinde yer alan yaş, toplam deneyim ve eğitim düzeyi, örgütsel değişkenler içerisinde yer alan girişimin kuruluş yaşı ve çevresel değişkenler içerisinde yer alan algılanan çevresel belirsizlik düzeyi değişkenlerinin girişimcilik yönelimi üzerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı etkide bulunduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Dış faktörler olarak ele alınan çevresel ve sosyal statü faktörleri iç faktörler olarak değerlendirilen bireysel ve örgütsel faktörlerden daha fazla girişimcilik yönelimini etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

With the concept of entrepreneurial orientation, individuals and organizations and societies formed by these individuals who constantly innovate in order to survive in a global competitive environment, can take calculated risks, are aggressive and enterprising in market conditions, act proactively, have the ability to work independently and manage their own mind, are described. Within the scope of this study, the factors affecting the“entrepreneurship orientation”, which is a very strategic decision in terms of organizations and a phenomenon that deals with how entrepreneurship is, are discussed from the perspective of decision and behavior within the discourses of Upper Echelon Theory, which sees the organization as a reflection of its top manager. Within the scope of this thesis, entrepreneurship orientation as a concept, Upper Echelon Theory as a theory, and Technopark entrepreneurs as a research field were preferred. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of measurable variables of Upper Echelon Theory on entrepreneurial orientation. According to the Technopark Performance Index published by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the list for 2018, which is the last published one has been taken into consideration. In order to determine the factors affecting entrepreneurial orientation, these entrepreneurs were asked entrepreneurial orientation multidimensional scale, perceived environmental uncertainty scale and demographic questions. The variables filtered from the Upper Echelon Theory that affect the entrepreneurial orientation were grouped as individual, organizational, environmental and social status factors, and it was tried to determine which factors had more impact. In this study, the factors affecting entrepreneurial orientation were evaluated by t-test, ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that the variables of age, total experience and education level, which are among the individual variables of the entrepreneur, the age of establishment of the enterprise, which are among the organizational variables, and the perceived environmental uncertainty level, which are among the environmental variables, have a statistically significant effect on the entrepreneurial orientation. It has been concluded that environmental and social status factors, which are considered as external factors, affect entrepreneurship orientation more than individual and organizational factors considered as internal factors.
