Özet
Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin İdeal Beden Eğitimi Öğretmen Algılarının İncelenmesi Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, ortaokul öğrencilerin ideal beden eğitimi öğretmen algılarının incelenmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmada, ortaokul öğrencilerine, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin İdeal Beden Eğitimi Öğretmen Algıları Ölçeği”uygulanmış ve öğrencilerin metaforik algılarını belirlemek üzere yöneltilen soru cümlesi tamamlattırılmış ve bir resim çizmeleri istenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2019-2020 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Malatya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı ortaokul okullarında öğrenim gören 530 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Bulgular: Ortaokul öğrencilerinin ideal beden eğitimi öğretmen algılarının, erkek öğrencilerde kadın öğrencilerden daha yüksek olduğu, sınıf düzeyi ve yaş yükseldikçe öğrenci algılarında olumludan olumsuza doğru azalma eğilimi gösterdiği, lisanslı spor yapan öğrencilerin algılarının, daha yüksek düzeyde olumlu olduğu, kadın beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin erkek öğretmenlere göre daha olumlu algılandığı bulunmuştur. Ortaokul öğrencilerinin ideal beden eğitimi öğretmen algılarının, yüksek düzeyde olumlu olduğu, en yüksek algı düzeyinden en düşüğe doğru; sporcu, güçlü ve kuvvetli, ihtiyaç duyulan kişi, rehber, bilgili, sevilen, motive edici, yetiştirici ve şekillendirici, eğlenceli, otoriter, sevilmeyen, saygılı ve adaletli şeklinde olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Ortaokul öğrencilerinin ideal beden eğitimi öğretmen algılarının, çok yüksek düzeyde olumlu olduğu, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, kendilerini yakın hissettirmelerini, onlara rehberlik eden, cesaretlendiren ve motive eden öğretmenler olmalarını bekledikleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğrencilerin beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin olumlu yüksek algılarının“çok yüksek”düzeye ulaştırılabilmesini sağlayacak şekilde çalışmalar yapılması, olumsuz algı içeren metaforların bilimsel bakımdan incelenerek, öğrencilerin bu algılarının nedenlerinin araştırılması ve farklı örneklemlerle çalışmaların yapılması önerilebilir.

Investigation of the Ideal Physical Education Teacher Perceptions of the Secondary School Students Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of middle school students about ideal physical education teachers. Material and Method: In the study, the“Ideal Physical Education Teacher Perceptions Scale of Secondary School Students”developed by the researcher was applied to secondary school students and they were asked to complete a question sentence and draw a picture. The sample of the research consisted of 530 students in secondary schools affiliated to Malatya Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2019-2020 academic year. Results: It was found that the perceptions of secondary school students were higher in male students than female students, there was a decrease from positive to negative as the grade level and age increased, the perceptions of licensed sportsmen were highly positive, and female physical education teachers were perceived more positively. The ideal physical education teacher perceptions of secondary school students were highly positive, from high to low; athlete, strong and strong, needed person, guide, knowledgeable, loved, motivating, nurturing and shaping, entertaining, authoritative, disliked, respectful and fair. Conclusion: It has been concluded that the perceptions of secondary school students are very positive, they expect them to feel close, to be teachers who guide, encourage and motivate them. It can be suggested to ensure that students' perceptions can reach a“very high”level, to examine metaphors containing negative perceptions, to investigate the causes of these perceptions, and to conduct studies with different samples.
