Özet
Tüm dünya her geçen gün artan riskleriyle afet olgusuyla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmada afet kavramı sosyal sorumluluk çerçevesinde değerlendirilmekte olup özellikle üniversitelerde sorumluluk ve gönüllülükle oluşturulan öğrenci topluluklarının küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeyleri incelenmekte ve afet eğitimine katkısı tartışılmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini araştıran form, temel afet bilgisi soruları ve Başer ve Kılınç (2015) tarafından geliştirilen küresel sosyal sorumluluk ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Uludağ Üniversitesi'ne bağlı öğrenci topluluklarında 342 öğrencinin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda elde edilen verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS Statistics 22 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeğin açıklanan 4'lü faktör yapısının bu araştırma kapsamında toplanan veri içinde doğruluğunun tespit edilmesi için LISREL 8.7 programında doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Uyum kriterleri istenilen seviyede olduğundan maddeler arasında herhangi bir modifikasyon yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulmamış ve orijinal kaynakta açıklanan faktör yapısının bu araştırma için de doğrulandığı belirlenmiştir. Küresel sosyal sorumluluk ölçeğinin ve temel afet bilgisi sorularının güvenirlik analizleri için Cronbach's Alpha değerleri incelenmiş; öğrencilerin demografik özellikleriyle olan farklılıklarının anlamlılık gösterip göstermediği ANOVA ve bağımsız örneklem t-testi ile belirlenmiştir. Küresel sosyal sorumluluk ölçeği ve alt boyutları ile temel afet bilgisi soruları arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi için de pearson korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Topluluk üyesi olan öğrencilerin küresel sosyal sorumluluk ölçeği genel ortalamasının (x ̅=4,00) üniversite öğrencileriyle yapılan çalışmalar içinde küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kadınların erkeklere göre küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sosyal sorumluluk projelerinde yer alan öğrencilerin küresel sosyal sorumluluk ve eyleme dönük sorumluluk düzeyleri de yüksek bulunmuştur.

The whole world is faced with the phenomenon of disaster with its increasing risks day by day. In this study, the concept of disaster is evaluated within the framework of social responsibility, and the contribution of student communities formed by responsibility and volunteerism, especially in universities, to disaster education is discussed. As a data collection tool; the form investigating the socio-demographic characteristics of the students, basic disaster information questions and the global social responsibility scale developed by Başer and Kılınç (2015) were used. The research was carried out with the participation of 342 students in student societies affiliated to Uludağ University. IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program was used in the analysis of the data obtained at the end of the research. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed in the LISREL 8.7 program to determine the accuracy of the explained 4-factor structure of the scale used in the research within the data collected within the scope of this research. Since the concordance criteria were at the desired level, no modification was needed between the items and it was determined that the factor structure explained in the original source was also confirmed for this study. Cronbach's Alpha values were examined for the reliability analysis of the global social responsibility scale and basic disaster knowledge questions; ANOVA and independent sample t-test were used to determine whether the differences between students' demographic characteristics were significant or not. Pearson correlation analysis was also applied to determine the relationship between the global social responsibility scale and its sub-dimensions and basic disaster knowledge questions. It has been determined that the general average of the global social responsibility scale of the students who are members of the community (x ̅=4,00) is higher in the studies conducted with university students. It has been determined that women have higher global social responsibility levels than men. The global social responsibility and action-oriented responsibility levels of the students involved in social responsibility projects were also found to be high.
