Özet
Bu çalışma, Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde spor turizmi ve rekreasyonel etkinlikler açısından pandeminin su sporları alanı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek için ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada, nitel araştırma modelinde yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu oluşturularak veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin görüşme formlarına verdikleri cevaplar değerlendirilerek çözümlenmesinde nitel analiz tekniklerinden içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgularda katılımcıların ifadelerinden doğrudan alıntılar yapılarak açıklanmış, temalar, kategoriler ve kodlar şeklinde ifade edilerek ilişkilendirilip yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, Katılımcıların %46,2'si maddi zarara uğradıklarını, %53.8'i ise maddi zarara uğramadıkları belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada katılımcıların çoğunluğunun Covid-19'un genel anlamda turizm üzerinde olumsuz etkilerinin olduğunu düşündüğü, ancak bu süreçte su sporları merkezlerinin pek de olumsuz etkilenmediği konusunda yoğunlaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların %84,6'sı Covid-19 süreci belli bir süre daha devam edecek olursa çalıştıkları işletmelerin olumsuz etkileneceğini ve belli oranlarda zarar göreceğini, %15,4'ü ise zarar göreceklerini düşünmediklerini belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmada görüşmelerden elde edilen bulguların analizi sonucunda,“Covid-19 ve Su Sporları”kategorisinde,“Müşteri”,“Ekonomi”,“Turizm”temaları ile bu temalara ait“Yerli-Yabancı, ”Maddi zarar“, ”Olumsuz etkiler“, ”Turist“ ve ”Çalışma zorlukları" kodları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ortaya çıkan bulgulardan hareketle sonuç olarak, müşteri, ekonomi ve turizm kavramlarının Covid-19 ve su sporları ile doğrudan ilişkili kavramlar olduğu söylenebilir. Covid-19 gibi pandemi dönemlerinde turizmin olumsuz etkilenmesinin, turizmin paydaşları olarak değerlendirilebilecek bir çok alanı ve unsuru da yakından ilgilendirdiğinden yola çıkarak, araştırmamızın konusu olan su sporları merkezlerinin pandemi gibi olumsuz koşullardan daha da az etkilenmesi adına gerekli araştırmaların ve ilgili merkez temsilcileri arasında sağlıklı bir etkileşimle ortaya konabilecek somut önlemlerin, bu gibi pandemi süreçlerini daha da az hasarla atlatmaya yardımcı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

This study was considered to examine the effects of the pandemic on the aquatics field in terms of sports tourism and recreational activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, data was collected by creating a semi-structured interview form in a qualitative research model. Content analysis method from qualitative analysis techniques was used to evaluate and analyze the responses of the participants to the interview forms. In the results, they were explained by directly quoting the participants' statements, expressed in the form of themes, categories and codes, and associated and interpreted. In the study, 46.2% of participants reported that they had suffered material damage, and 53.8% had not suffered material damage. In the study, it was found that the majority of participants thought that Covid-19 had a negative impact on tourism in general, but in this process they concentrated on the fact that water sports centers were not negatively affected. 84.6% of respondents said that if the Covid-19 process continues for a certain period of time, the businesses in which they work will be negatively affected and will be damaged at certain rates, while 15.4% said that they do not think they will be harmed. As a result of the analysis of the results obtained from the interviews in the study, the codes“customer”,“economy”,“tourism”and“domestic-foreign,”“financial damage”,“negative effects”,“tourist”and“working difficulties”belonging to these themes were determined in the category“Covid-19 and Water Sports”. Based on the findings of the research, as a result, it can be said that the concepts of customer, economy and tourism are concepts directly related to Covid-19 and water sports. Covid-19 pandemic in the period of the negative effects of tourism, such as tourism stakeholders also closely through many areas and elements that can be considered as a business, which are the subject of our research is even less affected by adverse conditions such as water sports centre of the pandemic on behalf of a healthy interaction between representatives of the necessary research and its related processes such concrete measures that could be demonstrated even with less damage to circumvent it is believed that the pandemic may help.
