Özet

Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin teknolojik araç-gereç kullanmaya yönelik tutum düzeylerini çeşitli değişkenler ile ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılan araştırma; 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ilinde görev yapan 303 okul öncesi öğretmeni ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Demografik Bilgi Formu”ve Kol (2012) tarafından geliştirilen“Okul Öncesi Eğitimde Teknolojik Araç-Gereç Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (OÖETTÖ)”ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın analizinde; bağımsız örneklem t-testi ve tek yönlü Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılar arasındaki anlamlı farklılığın hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu tespit etmek için post hoc testlerinden LSD ve Tamhane testleri yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin, cinsiyet, yaş, çalışılan okul türü, eğitim seviyesi, eğitim veya seminer alma, teknoloji kullanımına yatkınlık, WEB 2.0 araçları kullanım durumu, dijital eğitim materyali üretme durumu, kurum donanımı, teknolojik araç-gereçlerin uzaktan eğitim çalışmalarını kolaylaştırdığı düşüncesi değişkenlerine göre teknolojik araç-gereç kullanımına yönelik tutum düzeylerinin anlamlı bir fark gösterdiği bulunurken, mezun olunan üniversite türü, mesleki kıdem, okul memnuniyet düzeyi, meslek seçim sebebi, uzaktan eğitim yapma durumu değişkenlerine göre teknolojik araç-gereç kullanımına yönelik tutum düzeylerinin anlamlı bir fark göstermediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin, teknolojik araç-gereçlere en fazla güne başlama zamanında ihtiyaç duydukları sonucu elde edilirken, kullanım amaçlarından en çok tercih edilenin ise etkinlik planlama-hazırlama olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, it was aimed to show the attitude levels of preschool teachers towards using technological tools with various variables. The research using screening model from quantitative research methods was carried out with 303 preschool teachers working in Istanbul province in the 2020-2021 academic year. The data were collected using the“demographic data form”developed by the researcher and the“attitude scale towards technological tools and equipment use in preschool education (OÖETTÖ)”developed by (Kol, 2012). Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA test were used in the analysis of the study. LSD and Tamhane tests were performed from post hoc tests to determine which groups had significant differences between participants. As a result of the research; pre-school teachers, gender, age, work, school type, level of education, training, or seminar, taking the use of technology predisposition, the usage of Web 2.0 tools, digital producing educational material status, institutions, equipment, technological equipment of the idea of making their work easier remote training according to the level of the variables showed a significant difference in attitude towards the use of technological tools, while graduated from the university tour, professional seniority, the level of school satisfaction, the reason why I choose the profession, it was concluded that the level of attitude towards the use of technological tools and equipment did not show a significant difference according to the variables of distance education status. In addition, it has been determined that while teachers get the result they need most at the time of starting the day, the most preferred for the purposes of use is Event Planning and preparation.
