Özet
Bu tezde, Proje Yönetimi disiplinindeki yaklaşımlar ve farklı yöntemler incelenmektedir. Ayrıca literatürde yer alan ve dünya çapında farklı sektörlerde uygulanan ve klasik yöntemlere göre daha olumlu sonuçlar alındığına dair görüşler bulunan CCPM (Kritik Zincir Proje Yönetimi) yöntemi de daha derin olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın veri toplama yöntemi anket yöntemidir. Çalışma kapsamında bir anket aracılığıyla CCPM yönteminin ülkemizdeki bilinirliği ve uygulamaları araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Anket sonuçlarına göre ülkemizde CCPM'nin bilinirliği ve uygulama düzeyi oldukça düşüktür. Bu anket ile literatürdeki bazı potansiyel faydaların önemi de sorgulanmış ve katılımcıların bir proje yönetim yönteminin özellikle maliyetleri düşürme ve proje teslim süresini kısaltma açısından fayda sağlamasını bekledikleri görülmüştür. İleriki çalışmalarla CCPM yönteminin bilinirliği ve uygulamalarının artması durumunda bu potansiyel faydaların elde edilebileceği öne sürülmüştür.

In this thesis, approaches and different methods in the discipline of Project Management are examined. In addition, the CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) method, which finds place in the literature and applied in different sectors around the world, and there are opinions that more positive results are obtained than the classical methods, has also been examined deeper. The data collection method of the research is the survey method. Within the scope of the study, the awareness and applications of the CCPM method in our country were tried to be investigated through a questionnaire. According to the survey results, the awareness and application level of CCPM is quite low in our country. With this survey, the importance of some potential benefits in the literature was also questioned and it was seen that the participants expected a project management method to be beneficial especially in terms of reducing costs and shortening project delivery time. It has been suggested that these potential benefits can be experienced if the awareness and applications of the CCPM method increase with future studies.
