Özet
Bu çalışma kapsamında Trabzon ili Ortahisar mahallesinde bulunan Pertevpaşa ve Şht. Refik Cesur sokak üzerinde bulunan konut cephelerinde farklı dönem yapılarının biçimsel irdelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Buradan hareketle çalışma alanı üzerinde bulunan yapılaşmanın Osmanlıdan Cumhuriyet dönemine olan süreçte biçimsel ve kültürel değişimi, ele alınan sokak siluyeti kapsamında seçilen yapıların cephe üzerinde biçimsel farklılıklarının ve sokak cephesinde bu yapılara ait cephe formunun bütünsellikte uyumu veya uyumsuzluğunun neler olduğu belirlenen kriterler ışığında değerlendirilmiştir. Alan bulguları analiz edildiğinde belirli bölümlerde değişimin net gözle görüldüğü diğer alanların ise değişimi kabullenemediği veya değişimdeki netliğin sağlanamamasından oluşan tarihsel süregelin değişimde kolaycı yaklaşım ile çevre üzerinde net bir alan dokusunu yapısal bloklar ile çökerttiği gözlemlenmiştir. Alanda her ne kadar yeni uygulamalarda dikkatli yenileme oluşturulmuşsa da eski denilebilecek geleneksel türde yapı bloğu bu yenilenme içinde görsel algıyı cezp edecek görsellik sunmaktadır. Sonuç olarak alanda monoton yapılaşmanın engellenmesi ve estetiğe verilen önemin arttırılabilmesi adına sokak siluetinin kültür ile etkileşimi göz önünde bulundurulmalı ve sürdürülebilirlik sağlanmalıdır.

Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to examine the structures of different periods on the facades of the houses on Pertevpaşa and Şht. Refik Cesur streets in the Ortahisar neighborhood of Trabzon province. From this point of view, the formal and cultural change of the construction on the study area from the Ottoman to the Republican period, the formal differences of the buildings selected within the scope of the street silhouette on the facade, and the harmony or incompatibility of the facade form of these buildings on the street facade were evaluated in the light of the determined criteria. When the field findings are analyzed, it has been observed that the historical continuum, which consists of the fact that the other areas where the change is seen clearly in certain sections, cannot accept the change or that the clarity in the change cannot be provided, has collapsed a clear area texture on the environment with the structural blocks, with an easy approach in change. Although careful renovation has been created in the area with new applications, the traditional type of building block, which can be called old, offers a visual appeal that will attract the visual perception in this renewal. As a result, in order to prevent monotonous construction in the area and to increase the importance given to aesthetics, the interaction of street silhouette with culture should be considered and sustainability should be ensured.
