全球化推动整个跨洲际的整合贸易。也为企业带来激烈的竞争。对于发达国家的 企业来说，面对经济放缓，为了可持续发展，他们必须有效地分配资源，通过国 际化扩大到新的市场。他们通过外国直接投资（FDI）开始在新兴市场上存在，在 全球范围内重新设计供应链，以保持竞争优势。 汽车工业在经济发展和工业化方面始终发挥着重要作用。中国汽车行业近几十年 来迅速增长。许多汽车行业中的巨头纷纷进入这个市场。很明显，中国人口众多 ，对外国公司而言是一个有吸引力的市场，但并非所的外国企业都成功地进入中 国市场。 在这本论文中，我们首先会介绍对于外资企业向非母国地区扩张的主要推力。也 会探讨，当一个企业决定要进入非母国的市场时，有哪些因素必须是它们在制定 策略时所需考量的。而外资企业又会以什么样的方式进入未知的新市场，又会在 中国面临的挑战以及付出的代价。通过对大众及宝马的案例研究，本论文可以了 解中国汽车行业的战略和特点，并归纳出外资企业能在中国企业成功的主要印素 。藉由，案例的经验，可提供其他品牌做外借镜。除此之外，还提供了中国汽车 行业未来的一些见解。 关键词:宝马;大众; 外国直接投资;中国汽车市场

Globalization drives the integration of trading across the continents. It also brings the intense competition for companies. For those enterprises from developed countries, they also have to face the slowing down economy. In order to be sustainable, they have to allocate their resources efficiently, expand to a new market through being more international. They started to get presence in emerging market through foreign direct investment (FDI), redesign supply chain globally to maintain competitive advantage. Automotive industry always plays an important role in economic development and industrialization. China's automotive industry grows rapidly in recent decades. Many giants' automotive players enter in this market. It is obvious that with great population, China is an attractive market for foreign companies. In this research, we will first like to explore more deeply on the reasons and the challenges foreign companies will face in automotive industry in China. Through the case study of BMW and Volkswagen, this thesis can provide an understanding of their international strategies and their perspective of automobile industry in China. On top of that, providing the insights and depicting a future of China's automotive industry.
