In this study, by examining the historical background from the foundations of early civilizations to the modern and contemporary era of the 20th century, understanding how it transforms the space and its environment in architectural and spatial ways, and subsequently resolving on what are the existing conditions for the city of Como where has a huge historical and spatial significance; it has been decided what is the usage purpose of the project area, how can we develop it and which parameters are essential to describe the all relations. First of all, as looking at the historical background; we are able to see that the city was spreading towards the periphery, crossing the first established core part and the urban planning texture has changed its shape on our site and surrounding. The passage of the city pattern variation with the construction of the famous Como villas, the enlargement of the coastline with 'Navigation and Bath' period, the establishment of the Voltiana Exposition in 1899 and finally the 'Stadium Sinigaglia' design of the famous architect Mantero are the major transformation of the project area. The aim of the new project that we placed next to the stadium is to respond to all these transformations and the functional needs of both public place and the stadium. At the same time, with all the evolution of the project area, we have seen how the field has become increasingly publicized and that shows us a great publicity need in the area. Therefore, a new designed 'Community Center' will not only adapt to the existing stadium usage and also serve the purpose of public space requirement. The public spaces, which are created when this 'community center' is designed, follow, keep and maintain the axis of historical promenade of Como Villas and the flow of people using the stadium and the important surrounding buildings. This new promenade building uses junction points as starting and extreme spots for the public axes and this structure gives the opportunity to integrate with the walking axis which the villas create and the route which is working like open museum to view the buildings with the architectural value. For this reason, our building, which provides continuity without dividing the flow of people both inside and outside and most importantly creating seamless connections with the existing stadium, reflects the idea of being 'community Center', becoming a 'Promenade' with ongoing movement, creating new 'Public Spaces' at different levels, inside and out.
