This study on the most important forms of modern financial transactions is the Murabaha of the purchase order, which is made by bank financing today, and it has been very widespread in Islamic banks and financial institutions in the world, and one of the countries that deal with Islamic banks is Turkey, To study on this subject is that Turkey is in urgent need to develop this area, in the Islamic economy and need more studies and research in it. The importance of the research in the descriptive analysis of the Murabaha applications of the purchasing manager in the Kuwaiti-Turkish Bank, with a statement of the concept of Murabaha contemporary conditions and methods of application, and the presentation of vague points that need clarity of understanding, and presented the important issues in the bank mentioned and the words in the contemporary, so easy to absorb and be an integrated picture and clear And the researcher followed the inductive method by collecting scientific material for research from the sayings of the jurists and their views and the fatwas and standards issued by the Islamic financial institutions considered. And the analytical approach by analyzing the Murabaha of the purchasing order in the Kuwaiti-Turkish Bank and its steps and stages, as well as the method of conducting it with a deep concentration and extreme accuracy. The researcher concluded that this process is legitimate in general and there is no doubt about it, but it needs to take a new look at the application forms in the bank and amend some points of interest such as the conclusion of the contract of the agent of the client for all procedures and the seizure of the item and delivery by the bank, these points need to be clear amendments, as well as what the researcher concluded that the laws that are subject to Islamic banks in Turkey do not include all the requirements for the validity of contracts and transactions money Islamic E, and this should be Ansaleh to facilitate things for Islamic banks in Turkey, and other results will come in the study.
