Özet
Çanakkale ili, domates üretim alanında %4,82, üretim miktarında %4,57'lik pay ile Türkiye'de 3. sırada yer almaktadır. İl ekonomisine getirisi bakımından birinci sırada yer alan sofralık domates, ilin bitkisel üretim değerinin %13,50'sine ve sebze üretim değerinin %42,30'una katkı yapmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, Çanakkale ili Merkez ilçede yer alan işletmelerde açık alanda sofralık domates üretiminin ekonomik analizinin yapılması amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, Tabakalı Örnekleme Yöntemi'ne göre belirlenen 99 adet sofralık domates üretimi yapan işletmeden elde edilmiştir. İncelenen işletmelerde, sofralık domateste ortalama ekim alanı 18,17 da olup, birim alandan elde edilen verim 7.109,18 kg/da olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, sofralık domatesin ortalama üretim değeri 7.322,45 TL/da olarak hesaplanmış, en yüksek üretim değeri ise 7.838,47 TL/da ile dördüncü grup işletmelerden elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada birim alanda sofralık domates üretim maliyeti 6.360,96 TL/da olup, en yüksek ürün maliyeti 6.733,50 TL/da ile dördüncü grup işletmelerde gerçekleşmiştir. İşletmeler geneli dikkate alındığında, birim alanda sofralık domateste brüt kâr 1.483,38 TL/da, net kâr 961,49 TL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır. En yüksek net gelir 1.104,97 TL/da olup, dördüncü grup işletmelerde sağlanmıştır. Sofralık domates üretim miktarına ilişkin Cobb-Douglas üretim fonksiyonunda yer alan faktörlerin üretim elastikiyeti katsayıları toplamı 0,96'dır. Tahmin denkleminde yer alan üretim faktörleri arasında en yüksek marjinal etkinlik katsayısı 13,08 ile saf gübre değişkeni olup, bu değişkeni 9,59 katsayısı ile işgücü faktörü izlemiştir. Yapılan araştırma, incelenen işletmelerde sofralık domates üretiminden elde edilen gelirin artırılmasında; rasyonel girdi kullanımına ağırlık verilmesi, üretim girdileri tedarikinde ve özellikle ürün pazarlanması üretici örgütlerinin aktif rol almalarının özel önem arz ettiğini ortaya koymuştur.

Çanakkale province ranks 3rd in Turkey with a share of 4,82% in tomato production areas and 4,57% in production amount. Table tomato, which ranks first in terms of its return to the provincial economy, contributes to 13,50% of the plant production value and 42,30% of the vegetable production value of the province. In this study, it was aimed to make an economic analysis of table tomato production in open field in enterprises located in the Central district of Çanakkale. The data used in the research were obtained from 99 table tomato production enterprises determined according to the Stratified Sampling Method. The average production area for table tomatoes in the examined enterprises was 18,17 decares, and the yield obtained from the unit area was determined as 7.109,18 kg/da. In this context, the average production value of table tomatoes was calculated as 7.322,45 TL/da, and the highest production value was obtained from the fourth group enterprises with 7.838,47 TL/da. In the research, the production cost of table tomatoes per unit area was 6.360,96 TL/da, and the highest product cost was 6.733,50 TL/da in the fourth group enterprises. Considering the enterprises in general, the gross profit for table tomatoes per unit area was calculated as 1.483,38 TL/da, and the net profit was calculated as 961,49 TL/da. The highest net income was 1.104,97 TL/da and was achieved in the fourth group enterprises. The sum of the production elasticity coefficients of the factors in the Cobb-Douglas production function regarding the amount of table tomato production is 0,96. Among the production factors in the estimation equation, the highest marginal efficiency coefficient was the pure fertilizer variable with 13,08, followed by the labor factor with a coefficient of 9,59. The research has been carried out to increase the income obtained from the production of table tomatoes in the enterprises examined; Emphasizing the rational use of inputs, the active role of producer organizations in the supply of production inputs and especially in product marketing has revealed that it is of special importance.
