Özet
Tüm dünya 2020'nin başlarında Çin'de başlayan salgın bir hastalık olduğu haberleriyle çalkalanmış; ülkeler önlem amaçlı sınırlarını kapatmak, seyahat yasaklarını devreye sokmak gibi adımlar atmaya çalışsa da dünyanın küresel bir köy haline gelmesi ve ülkeler arası etkileşimin en üst düzeye ulaştığı yüz yılımızda salgın bir anda bütün dünyanın birinci gündem maddesi olmuştur. Bir kriz durumu olarak nitelenebilecek salgın Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından pandemi olarak adlandırılmış ve her kriz durumunun ortaya çıkardığı bir sonuç olarak yeni bir uyum sürecine gereksinimi doğurmuştur. Bu kriz durumu eğitim, sağlık, ekonomi, sosyal yaşam gibi pek çok alanı etkilemiş ve etkilemeye devam eden unsur olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yeni bir sosyalizasyon sürecinin yaşandığı görülen salgın döneminde etkilenen en önemli alanlardan biri de 18 milyon öğrencisi olan Türk eğitim sistemi karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Tezin amacı eğitim sisteminin önemli yapı taşı olan öğretmenler üzerinde inceleme yapmak, sürece ilişkin değerlendirmelerine ulaşmaktır. Bilgi edinmek üzere 628 öğretmene ulaşılmış, 9'u demografik 37 soru yöneltilerek öğretmenlerin sürece ilişkin beklenti ve algı düzeyleri saptanılmaya çalışılmıştır.

The whole world was shaken by the news of an epidemic that started in China at the beginning of 2020; Although countries try to take steps such as closing their borders for precautionary purposes and introducing travel bans, in our century, when the world has become a global village and the interaction between countries has reached the highest level, the epidemic has suddenly become the first agenda item of the whole world. The epidemic, which can be described as a crisis situation, was named as a pandemic by the World Health Organization and as a result of each crisis situation, a new adaptation process was needed. This crisis situation has affected many areas such as education, health, economy and social life and is seen as an element that continues to affect it. One of the most important areas affected during the epidemic period, when a new socialization process was observed, is the Turkish education system, which has 18 million students. The aim of the thesis is to examine the teachers, who are the important building blocks of the education system, and to reach their evaluations about the process. To obtain information, 628 teachers were reached, and 37 questions, 9 of which were demographic, were asked to determine the expectations and perception levels of the teachers about the process.
