Özet

Giriş ve Amaç: Gebelerde özellikle birinci trimesterde Rubella virüs ve CMV enfeksiyonu fetal hasar oluşturduğu için doğurgan çağdaki kadınlar için önemli bir risk faktörüdür. Hayatı tehdit eden ve yaşam kalitesini son derece etkileyen ciddi sekellerin önüne geçebilmek için, doğurgan çağdaki kadınların taranması, hastalıkları geçirip geçirmediklerinin öğrenilmesi, riskli grupların belirlenmesi, takip edilmesi, koruyucu önlemlerin planlanması önemlidir. Bu yüzden çalışmamızda Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Hastanesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne başvuran doğurgan çağdaki kadın hastalarda retrospektif olarak Rubella ve CMV seroprevalansının araştırılmasını, Rubella enfeksiyonu açısından aşılanmanın önemini vurgulamayı, gebelikte ya da gebelik düşünen kadınlarda CMV bulaşının önlenmesi konusunda kişinin bilgilendirilmesinin önemini vurgulamayı hedefledik. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamız 01/01/2014-31/12/2020 tarihleri arasında Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Hastanesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne başvuran 15-49 yaş aralığındaki kadın hastalarda retrospektif olarak Rubella ve CMV seroprevalansının araştırılmasıdır. Bulgular: 01/01/2014-31/12/2020 tarihleri arasında Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Hastanesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne başvuran 15-49 yaş aralığında Rubella IgG, Rubella IgM, CMV IgG, CMV IgM tetkiklerinden biri ya da birden fazlası istenmiş toplam 4339 kadın hasta vardır. Hastaların median yaşı 29 yıldı. Rubella IgG tetkiki istenen 3017 kişi olup 2834 (%93,9)'ü pozitif, 158 (%5,2)'i negatif, 23 (%0,8)'ü ara değer, 2(%0,1)'si numune yetersizliğine bağlı red şeklinde sonuçlanırken, Rubella IgM tetkiki istenen 2242 kişiden 80 (%3,6)'i pozitif, 2130 (%95,0)'ü negatif, 26 (%1,2)'sı ara değer, 6 (%0,3)'sı red, CMV IgG istenen 1663 kişiden 1630(%98,0)'u pozitif, 28 (%1,7)'i negatif, 1 (%0,1)'i ara değer, 4 (%0,2)'ü red, CMV IgM tetkiki istenen 1837 kişiden 47 (%2,6)'si pozitif, 1758 (%95,7)'i negatif, 27 (%1,5)'si ara değer, 5 (%0,3)'i red olarak saptanmıştır. CMV IgG (p>0,05) ve CMV IgM (p>0,05) seropozitifliğinin yaş ile arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık bulunmamış iken Rubella IgG ve Rubella IgM seropozitifliği 15-29 yaş grubunda diğer yaş gruplarına göre istatististiksel olarak daha fazla anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür.(p

Introduction and Aim: Since Rubella virus and CMV infection cause fetal damage in pregnant women, especially in the first trimester, it is an important risk factor for women of reproductive age.In order to prevent serious sequelae that threaten life and affect the quality of life, it is important to screen women in reproductive age, to learn whether they have had diseases, to identify risky groups, to follow them, and to plan preventive measures. Therefore, in our study, we aimed to retrospectively investigate Rubella and CMV seroprevalence in female patients of reproductive age who applied to Adnan Menderes University Hospital Application and Research Hospital, to emphasize the importance of vaccination in terms of rubella infection, and to emphasize the importance of informing the person about preventing CMV transmission in pregnancy or women who are considering pregnancy. Material and Method: Our study is to retrospectively investigate the seroprevalence of Rubella and CMV in female patients aged 15-49 who applied to Adnan Menderes University Hospital Application and Research Hospital between 01/01 / 2014-31 / 12/2020. Findings: A total of 4339 women between the ages of 15-49 who applied to Adnan Menderes University Hospital Application and Research Hospital between 01/01/2014 and 31/12/2020 who were requested one or more of Rubella IgG, Rubella IgM, CMV IgG, CMV IgM tests there is a patient. The median age of patients was 29 years. There are 3017 people whose Rubella IgG tests were requested and 2834 (93.9%) were positive, 158 (5.2%) were negative, 23 (0.8%) were intermediate, 2 (0.1%) were Resulting in the form of rejection due to insufficient sample, 80 (3.6%) of 2242 people who were requested Rubella IgM test were positive, 2130 (95.0%) were negative, 26 (1.2%) were intermediate value, 6 (% 0.3) of 1663 individuals who were rejected, CMV IgG was requested, 1630 (98.0%) were positive, 28 (1.7%) were negative, 1 (0.1%) was interpolated, 4 (%) 0.2) of 1837 individuals who were rejected, CMV IgM was requested 47 (2.6%) were positive, 1758 (95.7%) were negative, 27 (1.5%) were intermediate, 5 ( 0.3%) resulted as rejection.CMV IgG (p>0,05) and CMV IgM (p>0,05) seropositivity was not statistically significant between age and Rubella IgG and Rubella IgM seropositivity was statistically more significant in 15-29 age group compared to other age groups.
