Özet
Kur'ân kelimelerinin telaffuzunda hataya düşülmesini önlemek; tahrif ve tağyirden muhafaza etmek kıraat ilminin gayelerindendir. Bu ilim, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'e olan yakın alakasından dolayı, Kur'ân ilimlerinin içerisinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kıraat ilmi, Kur'ân'la ilgili birçok ilmi muhtevasına alan genel bir disiplin iken, aynı zamanda Kur'ân'ın okunmasıyla ilgili kavramlar olan; okumak, tilavet etmek, telaffuz etmek, nağmeli ve nağmesiz okumak gibi hususlarla da doğrudan ilgilidir. Bu açıklamalar ışığında, Kur'ân'ın usulüne uygun okunması vazifesini kendisine görev addetmiş olan İmam Hatip Liselerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kıraat ilmine dair görüşleri ve kıraat ilminin tezahürü olan Kur'ân okuma eylemleri bu çalışmanın omurgasını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kıraat ilminin tanımı, konusu, amacı ve tarihçesi gibi hususlar ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise öğrencilere, kıraat ilmine dair hususları içeren anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket uygulamasını, öğrencilerin kıraat ilmine ilişkin görüşleri, akademik düzeyleri ve Kur'ân okuma hususunda yeterliklerini içeren gözlem ve bulgular oluşturmaktadır.

In terms of pronunciation, protecting the words of Qur'an from mistakes, distortion and alteration is one of the goals of the science of Qira'at. Due to its close relationship with the Qur'an, this discipline is one of the prominent ones of Ulumu'l-Qur'an. While Qira'at is a general discipline that includes many scientific contents about the Qur'an, it is also directly related to reading, reciting, pronouncing, and reading with and without tune which are also the concepts related to the reading of the Qur'an.In the light of these explanations, the opinions of students studying at the Imam Hatip High Schools, whose duty is to read the Quran properly, and the reading practice of the Qur'an, which is the manifestation of the Qur'anic science, form the backbone of this study. Our thesis consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, the aspects such as the definition, subject, purpose and history of the science of Qira'at are discussed. In the second chapter, a questionnaire on the science of Qira'at was conducted to students. The questionnaire consists of the findings on students' views on the science of Qira'at, their academic levels and their competence in reading the Qur'an.
