Özet
20. yüzyılda yaşanan iki büyük dünya savaşı sonucu, toplum düzeninde birçok farklılık meydana gelmiştir. Bu farklılıklar; teknoloji, sanayi, bilim ve sanat-kültür alanlarında birçok gelişme olarak bilinmektedir. Savaştan sonra yıpranan ve düzeni yeniden sağlamaya çalışan Avrupa, filozoflar ve sanatçılar için büyük bir ilham kaynağı olmuştur. Bu bağlamda antik çağlardan beri süregelen felsefi kavramlar 20. yüzyılda yeniden değerlendirilmiş ve sıklıkla sanat alanında yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada incelenen sanatçı ve filozofların ölümlere ve hayatta kalanlara yakından tanık olmaları, hayata farklı bir bakış açısı kazanmalarını sağlamıştır. Nietzsche ve Sartre tarafından, insanlık ve varoluş adına sorgulama ve muamma yapıtları bulunmaktadır. Nietzsche ile anılan kavramlar;“Üstinsan”, Apollon-Dionysos ikililiği,“tanrının ölümü”,“ebedi dönüş”ve perspektivizm olarak bilinmektedir. Dönem olarak Nietzsche'den sonra gelen Sartre ise, Varoluşçuluk anlayışı ile edebiyat dünyasını etkileyen yazar ve filozoftur. Nietzsche ve Sartre'ın felsefi eserlerinden yola çıkılarak sınırlandırılan Batı resim ve heykel sanatlarında, eserler incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda elde edilen veriler ile birçok farklı sanat üslubu görülmektedir. Belirlenen felsefi kavramlar doğrultusunda 20. yüzyılın tanık olduğu sanat akımları; Dışavurumculuk, Sembolizm, Metafizik sanat, Varoluşçu sanat, Art Nouveau, Soyut Dışavurumculuk ve Yeni Dışavurumculuk olarak sıralanabilmektedir. Sanatçılar tek bir akıma bağlı kalmaksızın birden çok üslubu eserlerinde kullanarak kendilerini ifade etmişlerdir. Nietzsche ve Sartre'dan etkilenen sanatçılar; Avusturya, Norveç, İtalya, Almanya, Fransa, İngiltere ve Amerika olmak üzere farklı coğrafyalardan eserleri ile bilinmektedirler. Nietzsche'nin felsefi kavramları ışığında eserlerini oluşturan ve bu araştırmada sınırlandırılan sanatçılar; Gustav Klimt, Edvard Munch, Giorgio de Chirio,Mark Rothko ve Anselm Kiefer olarak sıralanmaktadır. Sartre'ın felsefi düşünceleri ve edebi eserlerinden etkilenen sanatçılar ise; Jean Fautrier, Alberto Giacometti, Germanie Richier, Francis Bacon ve Lucian Freud olarak yer almaktadır. Araştırmada sınırlandırılan eser örnekleri, Nietzsche ve Sartre'ın yorumladıkları felsefi kavramlar ile belirlenmiştir. Sanatçıların bu bağlamda dâhil oldukları sanat akımları ile sanat eserleri incelenecektir.

As a result of the two great world wars in the 20th century, many differences have occurred in the social order. These differences are; It is known as many developments in the fields of technology, industry, science and art-culture. Europe, worn out after the war and trying to restore order, has been a great source of inspiration for philosophers and artists. In this context, philosophical concepts that have been ongoing since ancient times were re-evaluated in the 20th century and often interpreted in the field of art. The fact that the artists and philosophers examined in the study witnessed the deaths and survivors closely enabled them to gain a different perspective on life. There are works of inquiry and enigma on behalf of humanity and existence by Nietzsche and Sartre. Concepts mentioned by Nietzsche; It is known as the“overman”, the Apollo-Dionysus duality, the“death of god”,“eternal return”and perspectivism. Sartre, who came after Nietzsche as a period, is a writer and philosopher who influenced the world of literature with his understanding of Existentialism. Based on the philosophical works of Nietzsche and Sartre, the works in the Western painting and sculpture arts were examined. In this context, many different art styles can be seen with the data obtained. Art movements witnessed by the 20th century in line with the determined philosophical concepts; They can be listed as Expressionism, Symbolism, Metaphysical art, Existential art, Art Nouveau, Abstract Expressionism and New Expressionism. Artists have expressed themselves by using more than one style in their works without being tied to a single movement. Artists influenced by Nietzsche and Sartre; They are known for their works from different geographies such as Austria, Norway, Italy, Germany, France, England and America. Artists who created their works in the light of Nietzsche's philosophical concepts and were limited in this research; Gustav Klimt, Edvard Munch, Giorgio de Chirio, Mark Rothko and Anselm Kiefer. Artists influenced by Sartre's philosophical thoughts and literary works are; It features as Jean Fautrier, Alberto Giacometti, Germanie Richier, Francis Bacon and Lucian Freud. The examples of works limited in the research were determined by the philosophical concepts interpreted by Nietzsche and Sartre. In this context, the art movements and works of art in which the artists are involved will be examined.
