Perfection of methods of design and technological support of the executive parameters of slotted broaches, increasing their reliability and efficiency. Differing complexity of the structural elements, metal consumption and high manufacturing labor intensiveness, broaching tool wearing during operation, transfers its value to the workpieces and becomes part of the process system, which determines the efficiency of pulling operation. Due to the fact that the pulling operation does not cost much, and the main share of expenditure is on the tool, the problem of increasing its efficiency is reduced to the problem of technical and economic efficiency of the broach. To achieve the goal of increasing the efficiency of the internal slotted broach, a geometrical model of the grinding process of the lateral surfaces of the spline teeth is used. The master's thesis is a research work that ensures an increase in the efficiency of the broaching operation. The thesis gives the results from studies of processing operations pulling the internal splined surfaces. Based on the results of the research, recommendations have been made on the correction of the broach taking into account the given roughness parameter, which ensure the efficiency of the pulling treatment. In the thesis, the mathematical apparatus for calculating the correction of the involute surfaces corresponding to both the slotted and toothed joints was used. With the use of these dependencies and the well-known algorithm for calculating the profile correction of internal spline broaches, a software product has been developed that can be successfully used in computer-aided design of technological processes. The developed software product is used in the design of the splined sleeve broaching operation. The practical value of the work is determined by the universality of the developed product, which ensures the efficiency of processing both involute profiles with different profile angles and rectangular and triangular profiles.
