Özet
ÖZET Erten, Mevlüt,“Nass-Yorum İlişkisi”, (Doktora Tezi), Yöneten: Prof. Dr. Salih Akdemir, 170+V sayfa. Kur'an, İslam dininin ilk ve merkezi kaynağıdır. Bu kaynağı oluşturan nasslar insan hayatına yön vermek, anlam vermek ve bir gerçekliğe işaret etmek için vardırlar. Dolayısıyla bu nassların insan hayatıyla ilişkilendirilmesi, yani yorumlanması diğer nasslardan daha elzemdir. Ancak, yorumlama faaliyeti iki kere iki dört gibi kesin sonuçlar ifade eden bir faaliyet değildir. Bilakis nassların yorumlanması özne ile nesne arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleyen bir faaliyet olup ehemmiyete haiz bir meseledir. Bu bağlamda tez çalışması olarak aldığımız Nass-Yorum İlişkisi adındaki bu çalışma giriş hariç üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde nass ve yorum kavramlarının anlam alanları ve kavramsal çerçeve üzerinde durarak konunun sınırlarını çizdik. İkinci bölümde, İslami gelenekte nass-yorum ilişkisini çeşitli yönleriyle ele alıp inceledik. Bu incelememiz sonucunda gördük ki, İslami gelenekte nasslan yorumlamaya hasredilen gayretler Kur'an'ı anlama hususunda yeterli değildir. Buna binaen üçüncü bölümde nass-yorum ilişkisinin yeniden değerlendirilmesi gerekliydi. İşte, bu bölümde, nass-olgu ilişkisini, nass- yorum ilişkisinin temel meselelerini, nassların yorumlanmasında bğlamın yerini ve nassların yorumlanmasında öznellik-nesnellik problemini işledik. Sonuç olarak, nass-yorum ilişkisinin çok boyutlu bir ilişki ve hakkı verilmesi gereken bir mesele olduğunu söyleyebiliriz.

ABSTRACT ERTEN, Mevlüt, «NASS-YORUM İLİŞKİSİ“ Ph. D. Thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Salih Akdemir 170+V pages. The Quran is the first and central source of ISLAM. The texts Constituting this source exist so that they may direct human life, add significance to it and to point out to a reality. Therefore, interpreting these texts and linking them to human life are far more important than other texts. However, it is worth underlining that interpretation does not necessarily mean to make an assertion like two times two makes four. On the contrary, the interpretation of texts is an act to show the relationship between the Subject and the Object, which is of importance. The work by the name of ”Nass- Yorum İlişkisi" (The Text-Interpretation Relationship), which I have undertaken as a thesis (dissertation) study, is composed of three main chapters in addition to the Introduction. In the first chapter, I have treated the concepts of the text and of interpretation, and tried to delineate the field of the subject residing on the conceptual framework. In the second chapter, I have dealt with the text-interpretation relationship in the Muslim tradition in various respects. At the end of the present study of mine, I have observed that, the effort made to interprete the texts in the Muslim tradition is not enough to understand the Quran. Therefore, I have attempted in the third chapter, to re-assess the texts- interpretation relationship. So I have treated the following topics in the third chapter: - The text-Fact Relationship - The basic problems of the texts-Interpretation relationship - The importance of the context in interpreting the texts; - The problem of Subjectivity-objectivity in terpreting the texts In conclusion, we might assert that the relationship between the texts and ite interpretation is a multi-dimensional one and that it deserves to be treated properly.
