Management is a phenomenon that has been on the agenda since the times when human beings were created. This phenomenon stems from the fact that one has to live together, in other words, as a social creature. It makes it difficult for every human being who lives together to have different pleasures, passions, tendencies, anticipations and motives as individuals, to coexist together. This leads people in groups to collide with one another and to drift into an environment of uncertainty and chaos. It is at this point that managers come up with the ability to get synergy to come together and be able to reconcile differences and contradictions around a common purpose so that they can reach groups and social organizations. Until now, many approaches to management have been put forward, and the effectiveness of each of them has been discussed, even if they cannot achieve common goals. In fact, each of these management approaches is a fractalist character. The idea is that each other has antithesis as opposition or opposition, all claiming that they are tolerant of realizing the ends. This study will explain, after summarizing different management views and emphasizing the need for subsequent analysis and the use of synchronic dialogue, we have developed a fractal structure by taking advantage of the creative approaches of dissimilar, even interconnected ideas for solutions to problems in today's changing, uncontrolled, maximized, and emphasizes the necessity of a fractalist management.
