Özet
Bu çalışmada Saeboflex ortezinin ergoterapist bakış açısıyla inmeli bireylerde üst ekstremite motor fonksiyonları üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmaya Erdem Hastanesinde takibi devam eden 18-65 yaş aralığında ki 15 birey kontrol grubu, 15 bireyde müdahale grubu olarak inmeli 30 birey dahil edildi. Kontrol ve müdahale grubuna değerlendirme ölçekleri uygulandı, iki grupta tedavi sürecine devam ederken ek olarak müdahale grubuna 12 hafta, haftada 2 kez 45 dk'lık görev odaklı tekrarlayıcı eğitim uygulandı ve 3 ay sonunda ölçekler tekrardan uygulanıp sonuçları karşılaştırıldı. Çalışma sonucunda Saeboflex ortezinin uygulandığı grupta müdahale sonrası günlük yaşam aktivitelerini yerine getirmedeki bağımsızlık düzeyinin (81.33±6.93) kontrol grubuna (74.33±5.93) göre anlamlı şekilde yüksek olduğu görüldü. SaeboFlex ortez uygulanan grupta müdahale sonrası depresyon düzeyinin (7.86±2.79) kontrol grubuna (15.60±3.56) kıyasla anlamlı şekilde daha düşük olduğu görüldü. Üst ekstremite motor evreleri bakımından gruplar arasında ve grup içi yapılan karşılaştırmalarda müdahale öncesi ve sonrası üst ekstremite ve elin motor evrelemesi bakımından anlamlı fark saptanmadı (p>0.05). Ortezin uygulandığı grup müdahale sonrası omuz, dirsek ve parmaklardaki eklem hareket açıklığı değerlerinin kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı şekilde yüksek olduğu görüldü. In this study, the effect of Saeboflex on upper extremity motor functions in stroke individuals was investigated from an occupational therapist perspective. The study included 15 individuals aged between 18-65 years, who were followed up in Erdem Hospital, and 30 individuals with stroke as the control group and 15 individuals with stroke as the intervention group. Evaluation scales were applied to the control and intervention groups, while continuing the treatment process in the two groups, task-oriented repetitive training was applied to the intervention group for 12 weeks, twice a week for 45 minutes, and at the end of 3 months, the scales were applied again and the results were compared. As a result of the study, it was observed that the level of independence (81.33±6.93) in performing activities of daily living after the intervention in the group in which the Saeboflex orthosis was applied was significantly higher than the control group (74.33±5.93). It was observed that the post-intervention depression level (7.86±2.79) in the SaeboFlex group was significantly lower than the control group (15.60±3.56). In comparisons between and within groups in terms of upper extremity motor stages, no significant difference was found in terms of motor staging of the upper extremity and hand before and after the intervention (p>0.05).
