Özet
Tarihin belirli bir döneminde ve zaman aralığında Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.) vasıtasıyla insanlığın idrak dünyasına sunulan Kur'an, en temelde insanı içinde var olduğu gerçekliği kavramaya ve bu gerçekliğe göre davranmaya sevk eden bir hidayet rehberidir. Bu bakımdan Kur'an'da zikredilen çeşitli varlık türlerine ve alanlarına yönelik haberler, insanın hidayetinin araçlarını teşkil etmektedir. Öte yandan tarihten günümüze Kur'an haberleri, çeşitli disiplinler bağlamında farklı yönleriyle ve boyutlarıyla inceleme konusu edilmiştir. Bu noktada Kur'an haberlerinin insanın hidayeti açısından anlam ve işlevinin ortaya çıkarılması yönünde bütünlükçü bir okumanın geliştirilemediği görülmektedir. Buna karşılık Kur'an dilinin en karakteristik özelliklerinden biri olan haber ve inşâ ayrımının Kur'an'daki haberlerin kategorik düzeyde anlam ve işlevinin ortaya çıkarılmasında bütüncül bir yöntem sunduğu söylenebilir. Dolayısıyla bu araştırmada klasik dilbilimdeki haber ve inşâ ayrımından hareketle Kur'an haberlerinin nasıl bir dil ve üslup çerçevesinde muhataba sunulduğu ve bu haberlerin inşâî boyutta muhataplarda nasıl bir değişim ve dönüşüm meydana getirdiği konusu incelenecektir. Bu doğrultuda üç bölümden teşekkül edecek olan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, genel bir çerçeve oluşturması açısından haber ve inşâ kavramlarının fikirsel temeline ve tarihsel sürecine, İslam ilim geleneğinde nasıl tanımlandığına, hangi konularla ve disiplinlerle ilişkili olarak ele alındığına yer verilecektir. İkinci bölüm klasik dilbilim ekseninde haber ve inşâ ayrımının genel hatlarıyla edebî kullanımlarına ve ifade özelliklerinin tespitine ayrılacaktır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise Kur'an'da zikredilen Allah, ruhanî varlıklar ve ahiret gibi gaybla alakalı; yaratılış, kıssalar ve nüzul ortamı gibi şehadet alanıyla ilgili örnek haberler, önceki bölümlerde ortaya konulan yönteme bağlı kalınarak anlaşılmaya çalışılacaktır. Buna göre Kur'an'da farklı varlık türlerine ve alanlarına yönelik aktarılan her bir haber - bildirim görünümünde olsa da- insanı farklı açılardan değiştiren, dönüştüren ve etkileyen bir anlam boyutuna sahip olması bakımından inşâ niteliğindedir.

The Qur'ān, which was presented to the meaning world of humanity through Prophet Muhammad (s.a.v.) at a certain period and time in history, is basically a guidance that leads people to grasp the reality in which they exist and to act according to this reality. In this respect, the news (khabars) about various types and fields of existence mentioned in the Qur'ān constitute the means of human guidance. On the other hand, the news of the Qur'ān from history to the present has been the subject of examination with different aspects and dimensions in the context of various disciplines. At this point, it is seen that an integrative method and reading has not been improved in terms of revealing the meaning and function of the Qur'ān news in terms of human guidance. Nonetheless we can say that the khabar and inshā' (constative- performative) style, which is one of the most characteristic features of the Qur'ānic language, offers a holistic method to reveal the meaning and function of the news in the Qur'ān at a categorical level. Therefore, in this research, based on the distinction between khabar and inshā' in classical linguistics, it will be examined how the news of the Qur'ān is presented to the addressee within the framework of language and style, and what kind of change and transformation these news bring about in the constructional dimension. Accordingly, the study will consist of three chapters. In the first chapter, the intellectual foundations and historical process of the concepts of news and construction, how they are defined in the Islamic scientific tradition, and which subjects and disciplines they are related to are examined in order to form a general framework for the research. In the second chapter, the literary uses and features of the distinction between khabar and inshā' in the context of classical linguistics will be determined. In the last chapter of the study, the news about the ghayb (unseen) which are mentioned in the Qur'ān such as Allah, spiritual beings and the hereafter; the news about shahādah (seen) such as creation, historical narratives and the environment of revelation will be tried to be understood by adhering to the method presented in the previous chapters. Accordingly, each news told in the Qur'ān about different types and fields of existence -even though it has the appearance of constative (khabar)- is a performative (inshā') in terms of having the semantic field/meaning dimension which changes, influences, and transforms people from different perspectives.
