Özet
Bu tezin amacı, Türkiye'de bulunan havacılık ve savunma kuruluşlarının ISO 9001:2015 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi ve ISO 14001:2015 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi uygulamalarına bakış açısını, karşılaşılan problemleri, sertifikasyon sürecinde sağlanan faydaları çalışanlar tarafından doldurulmuş anketler aracılığı ile betimsel analiz yaparak tespit etmektir. Anketler sonucunda alınan çıktılar istatiksel olarak analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. ISO 9001:2015 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi ve ISO 14001:2015 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi, kalite kavramı, kalitenin oluşumu, tarihçesi ve gereklilikleri incelenerek AS9100 Havacılık, Savunma ve Uzay Kalite Yönetim Sisteminin gerekliliklerine tez kapsamında değinilmiştir. Şirketler, büyüme stratejileri doğrultusunda yönetim sistemlerine uyum göstermekte ve sertifikasyon sürecinden geçmektedir. Havacılık ve savunma sektöründe sistemlerin uygulanması ile birlikte kalite ve çevre bilincinin arttırılması, müşterilerin memnuniyetlerinin sağlanması gibi getirilerin de sektör çalışanları tarafından anlaşıldığı gözlenmiştir. Araştırma ve anketlerin sonucu doğrultusunda firmaların kalite bakış açısını benimsediği, yönetim sistemleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğu ancak çevre yönetim sistemleri konusunda farkındalığın arttırılması konusunda çalışmalar yapılması gerektiği görülmüştür.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the point of view of aerospace and defense organizations in Turkey on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System applications, the problems encountered, and the benefits provided during the certification process, by making a descriptive analysis through questionnaires filled by the employees. The outputs obtained as a result of the surveys were statistically analyzed and interpreted. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, quality concept, quality formation, history, and requirements were examined and the requirements of AS9100 Aerospace, Defense and Space Quality Management System were mentioned within the scope of the thesis. Companies comply with management systems in line with their growth strategies and go through the certification process. It has been observed that the benefits such as increasing quality and environmental awareness, ensuring customer satisfaction, along with the implementation of the systems in the aviation and defense sector are understood by the employees of the sector. In line with the results of the research and surveys, it has been seen that the companies adopt the quality perspective, and have knowledge about management systems, but studies should be done to increase awareness about environmental management systems.
