Özet
Ekolojik düşünce farklı alanlarda (toplumsal hareketler, siyasi partiler, STK'lar vb.) kendini göstermiştir. Ekolojik düşüncenin siyasi alanda nasıl temsil edildiği merakı tez çalışmasının araştırma sorusunun temelini oluşturmuştur. Bu merakı biraz sınırlandırdığımızda siyasi partilerde ekolojik düşünce olmuş mudur ve var olduysa etkinin boyutu, niteliği gibi sorular sorulmasına yol açmıştır. Bu noktada 2022 yılında Global Green'in yayınladığı verilere göre; (tam üyeler, gözlemci ve ortak parti içerecek şekilde üç gruba ayırarak) yeşil parti adıyla veya farklı adlandırmalarla ekolojik düşünce tabanlı toplamda 87 parti bulunmaktadır. Bu partiler incelendiğinde ekolojik düşüncenin siyasi alanda ortaya çıkmasında etkileri, partilerin oluşumu, izlediği politikalar, bulunduğu ülkelerin siyasetine etkisi oldukça farklı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu durum; ekolojik düşüncenin Gary Goertz ve Amy G. Mazur'un (2008) geliştirdikleri kavram analiz rehberi ile incelenmesi gerektiği sonucunu doğurmuştur. Kavram analizi ile inceleyeceğim parti olarak Alman Yeşiller Partisi (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen) dir. Alman Yeşiller Partisi'nin inceleme nedeni olarak; diğer ülkelerde bulunan yeşil parti veya ekolojik düşünce tabanlı partilere göre daha etkin olduğu görülmesidir. Aldığı oy oranı hem ulusal hem yerel meclislerde temsil edilme oranları, iktidar ortağı olma durumu Alman Yeşiller Partisi'ni inceleme sonucuna götürmüştür. Tez çalışmamın araştırma sorusu; ekolojik düşünce Alman Yeşiller Partisi'nin seçim programında nasıl kavramsallaştırmıştır? Bu soruya cevap bulmak için Gary Goertz ve Amy G. Mazur'un geliştirdiği kavram analiz rehberinde geçen on rehber ile ekolojik düşüncenin Alman Yeşiller Partisi'nin 2021 Parlamento seçimleri için hazırladığı seçim programı ile analiz edilecektir. Tez çalışmasının ilk bölümünde kavram analiz rehberi tanıtılacaktır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümde; ekolojik düşünce açıklanacaktır. Son bölümde ise bütünsel bir bakış açısı sağlaması nedeni ile Alman Yeşiller Partisi'nin 2021 Parlamento Seçimleri için hazırladığı seçim programının ekolojik düşüncede kavramsallaşma süreci kavram analiz rehberine göre incelenecektir.

Ecological thinking has shown itself in different fields such as social movements, political parties, non-governmental organizations, etc. How ecological thought is represented in the political arena formes the basis of the thesis. Focusing on the field of political ecology caused me to ask questions on the varying conceptualization of ecological thought in political parties that on the structure of these conceptualizations. While searching for answers to these questions, according to the data provided by the Global Green in 2022; there are a total of 87 parties based on ecological thought with the name Green Party or different with labels (dividing them into three groups including full members, observers and associate parties). When these parties are examined, it can be observed that of ecological thought has effects on political field, as well as on the formation of the parties, the policies and effects on the politics of the countries where they are located. In the case, ecological thought will be examined through the concept analysis guide of Gary Goertz ve Amy G. Mazur. In the thesis I will examine with a concept analysis is the German Green Party (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen). As the reason for the German Green Party's investigation, it is seen that it is more effective than the Green Party or ecological thought-based parties in other countries. The German Green Party is examined because of various reasons; the rate of votes it received, its representation in both national and local assemblies, and its status being coalition partner led the German Green Party. The research question of my thesis is as follows: How is ecological thought conceptualized in the election program of the German Green Party? In order to find an answer to this question, the ten guides in the concept analysis guide developed by Gary Goertz and Amy G. Mazur and ecological thought will be employed in order to examine the election program prepared by the German Green Party for the 2021 parliamentary elections. In the first part of thesis, the concept analysis guide will be introduced. In the second part of the study; ecological thinking will be explained. In the last part; the conceptualization of in ecological thought in the election program prepared by the German Green Party for the 2021 parliamentary elections will be examined according to the concept analysis guide, since it provides a holistic perspective.
