Özet
Günümüz dünyasında bilişim sektörü tüm alanlarda kullanılmakta olup yüksek oranda katma değer üretim elde edilmektedir. Bu sektör sayesinde bilişim teknoloji ürünlerini yoğun olarak kullanılarak üretkenlik, verimlilik, düşük maliyet ve hatasız üretim ile geleneksel üretim tarzından farklı olarak sürdürülebilir büyüme performansı sağlanmaktadır. Çalışmada, 2016-2021 döneminde BİST bilişim sektöründe işlem gören firmaların finansal performansları araştırılmayı amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, Covid-19 pandeminin etkili olduğu 2020 ve 2021 yılları ile diğer yıllarla kıyaslanarak firmaların finansal performansları firma ve yıl bazında analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. BİST bilişim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 13 firma alternatifi oluştururken, 16 finansal oran ise kriter seti olarak belirlenmiş ve finansal performansları çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan Entropi ve PROMETHEE yöntemleri ile analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma üç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk aşamada bilişim, bilişimin tanımı ve kavramı, bilişim sektörünün dünyada ve Türkiye'deki gelişimi ve önemi, tablo ve şekiller yardımıyla anlatılmıştır. İkinci aşamada Covid-19 pandemi ile pandeminin dünyada ve Türkiye'deki gelişimi, ekonomi ve bilişim sektörü üzerindeki etkileri ile literatür çalışmaları verilmiştir. Üçüncü aşamada ise ÇKKV tekniği, Entropi ve PROMETHEE yöntemleri anlatılmış olup, kriterlerin önem ağırlıkları ÇKKV tekniği olan Entropi yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırmayı hesaplanmış ve elde edilen ağırlıkların ÇKKV tekniği olan PROMETHEE yöntemi kullanılarak Visual PROMETHEE version 1.4.0.0 paket programıyla firmaların 2016-2021 dönemi finansal performans sıralamaları yapılmıştır.

In today's world, the informatics sector was used in all fields and a high rate of added value production it has achieved. Thanks to this sector, by using information technology products intensively, productivity, efficiency, low cost and error-free production and sustainable growth performance, unlike the traditional production style, were achieved. In the study, it was aimed to investigate the financial performances of the companies traded in the BIST informatics sector in the period of 2016-2021. In the research, the financial performances of companies were analyzed on a company and year basis by comparing the years 2020 and 2021, when the Covid-19 pandemic was effective, with other years. While 13 companies operating in the BIST informatics sector created the alternative, 16 financial ratios were determined as the criteria set and their financial performances were analyzed by Entropy and PROMETHEE methods, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods. The study was carried out in three stages. In the first stage, informatics, the definition and concept of informatics, the development and importance of the informatics sector in the world and in Turkey were explained with the help of tables and figures.In the second stage, the development of the Covid-19 pandemic and the pandemic in the world and in Turkey, its effects on the economy and the informatics sector and literature studies were given. In the third stage, the MCDM technique, Entropy and PROMETHEE methods were explained, the importance weights of the criteria were calculated with the Entropy method, which is the MCDM technique, and the weights obtained using the PROMETHEE method, which is the MCDM technique, and the financial performance rankings of the companies for the 2016-2021 period with the Visual PROMETHEE version 1.4.0.0 package program has been made.
