Özet
Nitel tanımlayıcı tasarımlı bu araştırmada, hemşirelik lisans son sınıf öğrencilerinin hemşirelik eğitiminde sesli düşünme yöntemi kullanımına yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2020–2021 Öğretim Yılı Bahar Dönemi'nde Hacettepe Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Fakültesi'nde öğrenim gören ve sesli düşünme yöntemini deneyimleyen 14 son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler,“Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu”,“Yarı Yapılandırılmış Soru Formu”kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın niteliksel verileri, MAXQDA 2020 programında tümevarıma dayalı analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Devamında kodlar temalaştırılmıştır. Sesli düşünme öğrenme deneyiminin öğrencilerde oluşturduğu hislere, sesli düşünme yönteminin olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerine ve sesli düşünme yönteminin hemşirelik eğitiminde kullanılmasına ilişkin öğrencilerin görüşleri olmak üzere üç ana tema oluşmuştur. Bu ana temalar altında“yeterlik geliştirme”,“tutumsal öğrenme”,“güvenirlilik ve etkililik”,“öğrenme süreci”,“tutumsal davranışlar kazandırma”,“ortama bağlı etmenler”olmak üzere altı adet alt tema oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçları doğrultusunda sesli düşünme yönteminin hemşirelik eğitiminde kullanılması önerilmektedir.

In this qualitative descriptive study, it was aimed to determine the views of senior nursing undergraduate students on the use of think aloud method in nursing education. The sample of the study consisted of 14 senior students who studied at Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing in the Spring Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year and experienced the think aloud method. Data were collected using the“Descriptive Characteristics Form”,“Semi-structured Questionnaire”. The qualitative data of the research were analyzed with the inductive analysis method in the MAXQDA 2020 program. Subsequently, the codes were themed. There were three main themes: the students' feelings about the think aloud learning experience, the positive and negative aspects of the think aloud method, and the students' views on the use of the think aloud method in nursing education. For these main themes, six sub-themes were formed:“competence development”,“attitudinal learning”,“reliability and effectiveness”,“learning process”,“gaining attitudinal behaviors”,“factors related to the environment”. In line with the results of the research, it is recommended to use the thinking aloud method in nursing education.
