Özet
Bölgesel kalkınma politikalarının gerçekleştirilmesinde önemli bir rol oynayan bölgesel kalkınma ajansları (BKA), faaliyette oldukları bölgedeki gelişmişlik farklarının azaltılması ve bölgenin sahip olduğu potansiyeli işleyerek bölgede sosyal ve ekonomik olarak gelişmesinde katkı sağlamaktadır. Bölgesel kalkınmanın gerçekleştirilmesinde etkili olan faktörlere ait veriler toplanarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ulusal kalkınma hedeflerinin gerçekleşmesine bir katkı olarak TR83 Bölgesinde aktif bir şekilde rol oynayan Orta Karadeniz Kalkınma Ajansı'nın (OKA), bölgesel kalkınmadaki faaliyetleri ele alınmaktadır. OKA'nın, bölgesel eşitsizlik sorununu ortadan kaldırmak için sağlamış olduğu programlar, projeler ve destekler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sürecinde elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, OKA'nın, TR83 Bölgesinde sağladığı desteklerin bölgesel kalkınmada oldukça önemli olduğu görülmektedir.

Regional Development Agencies (RDA), which play an important role in the realization of regional development policies, contribute to the social to the social and economic development of the region by reducing the development differences in the region in which they operate and by processing the potential of the region. The data on the factors that are effective in the realization of regional development were collected and examined. The aim of this study is to discuss the regional development activities of the Middle Black Sea Development Agency (MBDA), which plays an active role in the TR83 Region as a contribution to the realization of the national development goals. The programs, projects and support provided by MBDA to eleminate the problem of regional inequality have been analyzed, As a result of the findings obtained during the study process, it is seen that the support provided by MBDA in the TR83 Region is very in regional development.
