Özet
Tezimizin giriş bölümünde çalışmamızın hedef ve görevleri, birinci başlığında çalışmamızın teorik ve psikolojik temelleri, ikinci başlığında öğrencilerin Rusçada diyalog becerilerini geliştirmeye yönelik çalışma metotlarını, üçüncü başlığında ise teklif etmiş olduğumuz çalışma metotlarından elde ettiğimiz sonuçları göstermekteyiz. Tezimizin her bölümü için ayrıca sonuç kısımları da verilmiştir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti eğitim kurumlarında Rusça eğitimi için yeterli metodiksel eğitim materyallerinin bulunmaması ve dil eğitimi için bu tür materyallerin gerekliliği çalışmamızın güncelliğini oluşturmaktadır. Tezimizin araştırma amacını oluşturan öğeler şunlardır: a) Türkçe ve Rusça dil yapılarındaki farklı soru tiplerinin ve konuşma sürecindeki soru - cevap yapılarının incelenmesi, b) Türk öğrencilerin Rusça diyalog öğelerine hâkim olabilmeleri için metot ve dilbilim açısından kanıtlanmış çalışma sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi, Türk öğrencilerin ana dillerindeki ve yabancı dil olarak öğrendikleri Rusçadaki diyalog yapılarının özellikleri ve Türk öğrencilere bu diyalog yapılarının öğretilmesindeki dilbilimsel ve psikolojik temellerin belirlenmesi tezimizin hedefini oluşturmaktadır. Tezimizin alanına kattığı yenilikler ise şunlardır: a)Türkçe ve Rusça gramer yapılarındaki bir dize özelliğin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır, b)Türkçe ve Rusça diyalog yapılarında kullanılan soru – cevap yapılarının karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır, c)Türk öğrencilere Rusça diyalog yapılarını öğretmek için alıştırma sistemleri geliştirilmiştir, Çalışmamızda yer alan alıştırma sistem sonuçlarının onaylanması için geliştirdiğimiz alıştırma sistemleri ise şunlardır: a)Bakü Slavyan Üniversitesi Rus Dili ve Edebiyatı Eğitim Metotlar Bölümünde yapılan toplantılarda görüşülmüştür, b)Ulusal ve uluslar arası sempozyum ve konferanslarda yaptığımız sunumlar yapılmıştır, c)Araştırmamızı temel alan ders kitabı hazırlanmıştır.

In our thesis, we show the objective sand tasks of our study in the introduction, the theoretical and psychological foundations of our study in the first title, the study methods for improving the students' dialogue skills in Russian in these condtitle, there sults we obtained from the study methods we have proposed in the third title. Concluding sections are also given for each section of our thesis. There are sufficient methodical educational materials for Russian education in educational institutions of the Republic of Turkey, and such materials are necessary for language education, which shows the actuality of our work. The elements that constitute the research purpose of our thesis are as follows: a) Examining different question types in Turkis hand Russian language structures and question-answer structures in the speaking process, b) Developing methods and linguistically proven study systems so that Turkish students can master the elements of Russian dialogue, The aim of our thesis is to determine the characteristics of the dialogue structures in the mother tongue of Turkish students and in Russian, which they learn as a foreign language, and the linguistic and psychological basis of teaching these dialog structures to Turkish students. The innovations that our thesis has added to the fieldare as follows: a) A comparison of a string feature in Turkis hand Russian grammatical structures has been made, b) A comparative analysis of the question-answer structures used in the Turkis hand Russian dialogue structures was made, c) Practice systems have been developed to teach Turkish students about Russian dialogue structures, The exercise systems we have developed for the validation of the exercise system results in our study are as follows: a) Discussed at the meeting sheld at the Department of Russian Language and Literature Education Methods of Baku Slavyan University, b) Presentations we made at national and international symposiums and conferences were made, c) A text book based on our research has been prepared.
