Özet
Endüstri mirası kavramı özelinde endüstriyel peyzaj alanı kent, kentli ve topluma ait teknolojik, politik, ekonomik, sosyokültürel dönüşümünün tanığıdır. Ayrıca somut ve somut olmayan değerlere sahiptir. Bu değerler mirasın kolektif bellek bağlamında nasıl anımsanacağını ve anlamlandırılacağını etkilemektedir. Kent ve kentli ile kurulduğu günden bugüne iletişim halinde olan TÜRASAŞ Eskişehir Bölge Müdürlüğü'ne ait yerleşke çalışmanın örneklem alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Kurulduğu yerde orijinal işlevini sürdürmeye devam eden yerleşke özgün bir endüstri mirası ve endüstriyel peyzaj örneğidir. Mirasın yakın zamanda kent ve kentli ile kısmen zayıflayan etkileşimi yeniden güçlendirilebilir. Literatürde endüstri mirasının işlev yitimi sonrasında yeniden kullanımına dair çalışmaların çoğunlukta olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışma henüz işlevini yitirmemiş ancak bu tehdit ile karşı karşıya kalan endüstriyel peyzaj alanlarına ilişkin bir perspektif sunmaktadır. Kolektif bellek bağlamında mirasın“mekânsal bellek, kültürel bellek, tarihsel ve politik bellek”başlıkları altında analiz edilmesini sağlayan bir model önerilmiştir. Böylece mirasın sahip olduğu, gelecek senaryolarını etkileyebilecek değerleri ile varlığını sürdürmesine yönelik sorunlar ve potansiyeller tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak yapılan tespitler çerçevesinde öneriler sunulmuştur. Modelin benzer nitelikteki endüstri mirası alanlarında uygulanabileceği öngörülmüştür. Koruma süreçlerinde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken unsurları deşifre eden bir altlık oluşturmak hedeflenmiştir.

According to the concept of industrial heritage, an industrial landscape area is the witness of technological, political, economic, and sociocultural transformations of the city, citizens, and society. Moreover, it embodies tangible and intangible values. These values affect how the heritage gets recollected and interpreted in the realm of collective memory. TÜRASAŞ Eskişehir site, which has been in interaction with the city and citizens since the day it was founded, is determined as the case. The site, which is still in use where it was constructed, is an authentic example of industrial heritage and industrial landscape. The recently weakened relationship between the heritage site and the city and citizens can be strengthened again. It is observed that the studies on reuse of industrial heritages after loss of function are common in the literature. This study presents a perspective on industrial landscape areas that have not lost their function yet, but are facing this threat. Within the concept of collective memory, a model has been proposed to analyze the heritage under the headings of“spatial memory, cultural memory, historical and political memory”. Thus, the problems and potentials of the heritage site that can affect the future scenarios have been identified to enable the survival of the heritage with its values. As a result, the suggestions, based on the outcomes of the research, are presented. It is assumed that the model can be applied to industrial heritage sites of similar nature. It is aimed to create a framework which detects the elements that must be considered in the conservation processes.
