Özet

Türkiye'nin jeopolitik konumu ve iki kıtayı birbirine bağlaması, lojistik potansiyelini göstermektedir. Türkiye'de 25 tane lojistik köy projesinin ve 27 adet konteyner limanın bulunması da önemli bir faktördür. İzmir kenti, konteyner limanı varlığı ve lojistik bağlantıları ile ülke ekonomisine sağladığı katkılardan dolayı çalışma alanı seçilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma lojistik alanında büyük bir öneme sahip olan üretim ve envanter yönetiminde geçerli olan stratejilerin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Üretimde hem zamandan hem de kullanılan üründen tasarruf sağlamak için çeşitli stratejiler geliştirilmiş ve doğru stratejinin belirlenmesi için firmaları etkileyen kriterin ağırlığının ve önem derecesinin bulunmasıyla kendilerine en uygun stratejiyi uygulamaları amaçlanmıştır. Saha çalışması, İzmir'de bulunan 13 Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (OSB) içerisinde yer alan 47 farklı firma ile İtme – Çekme Stratejisi anket çalışması için belirlenen 33 kriterin değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Kriterler çok sayıda faktörün birbirini, üretim stratejisini ve süreci etkilemesinden dolayı önce Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden birisi olan DEMATEL (DEcision MArking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) yöntemi kullanılarak, anket sonucunun ikili karşılaştırılması yapılmış ve CRITIC (CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) yöntemi kullanılarak da ankete katılanların verdikleri yanıtlarla çelişki analizi yapılmıştır. 3 başlıktan oluşan anket çalışması Genel kriterler, İtme Kriterleri ve Çekme Kriterleri olmak üzere kriter ağırlıkları birbirinden bağımsız olarak hesaplanmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklarının hesaplamasından sonra toplam altı farklı kriter ağırlığı literatürde ilk kez DEMATEL ve CRITIC yönteminin birlikte kullanılmasıyla logaritmik olarak hesaplanmış ve sonucunda firmaların üretim sürecinde önceliğinin“Üretimde Aksama Durumu (c6)”kriteri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda OSB'lerde yer alan firmaların üretilen ürünleri Kemalpaşa Lojistik Merkezi (depolama) ve Alsancak Limanı (taşımacılık) faaliyetleriyle entegre bir şekilde çalışmasını sağlayacak olan İtme-Çekme Stratejisi sayesinde ortaya konan kriterler ve kriterlerin etkilenme dereceleri çalışmada yer almaktadır.

Turkey's geopolitical location and connecting two continents show its logistics potential. The presence of 25 logistics village projects and 27 container ports in Turkey is also an important factor. The city of Izmir was chosen as the study area because of its container port presence and its logistics connections, and its contribution to the country's economy. The study reveals the importance of strategies that are valid in production and inventory management, which have a great importance in the field of logistics. Various strategies have been developed in order to save both time and the product used in production, and it is aimed to apply the most appropriate strategy for them by determining the weight and importance of the criteria affecting the companies in order to determine the right strategy. The field study consists of the evaluation of 33 criteria determined for the Push - Pull Strategy survey study with 47 different companies located in 13 Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) in İzmir. Since many factors affect each other, production strategy and process, the results of the questionnaire were compared using the DEMATEL (DEcision MARking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method, which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, and the CRITIC (CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) method was used. Conflict analysis was carried out with the answers given by the respondents. Survey study consisting of 3 titles. The criteria weights, namely General criteria, Pushing Criteria and Pulling Criteria, were calculated independently of each other. After the calculation of the criteria weights, a total of six different criteria weights were calculated logarithmically for the first time in the literature by using the DEMATEL and CRITIC method together, and as a result, it was revealed that the priority of the companies in the production process is the“Disruption in Production (c6)”criterion. As a result of the evaluations, the criteria and the degree of influence of the criteria set forth by the Push-Pull Strategy, which will ensure that the products produced by the companies in the OIZs work in an integrated manner with the Kemalpaşa Logistics Center (storage) and Alsancak Port (transportation) activities, are included in the study.
