Özet
Kur'an ve Siret bütünlüğünde Hz. Peygamber Dönemindeki savaş ve barış olaylarını ele aldığımız bu çalışmamız giriş, iki bölüm, sonuç ve değerlendirmeden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında, amacımızın savaş ve barış ayetlerini Kur'an-ı Kerim'in bağlamı ve Hz. Peygamber'in uygulamaları çerçevesinde değerlendirerek durum tespiti yapmak olduğunu belirttik. Ayrıca Kur'an-Siyer ilişkisi hakkında bilgi verdik. Bunun yanı sıra Hz. Peygamberin Mekke Dönemi Mücadelesinin seyrini vahyin nüzul süreci ile paralel olarak değerlendirdik. Tezimizin birinci kısmında Müşriklere karşı yapılan seriyye, gazve ve antlaşmalardan haklarında ayet inen Batn-ı Nahle Seriyyesini, Bedir Gazvesini, Uhud Gazvesini, Hamraülesed Gazvesini, Beni Mustalik Gazvesini, Hendek Gazvesini, Mekke'nin Fethini, Huneyn Gazvesini ve Hudeybiye Antlaşmasını ayetlerin tarihi arka planını tasvir ederek ele aldık. İkinci bölümde ise Ehl-i Kitapla yapılan antlaşma ve gazvelerden hakkında ayet inenlere yer verdik. Bu bağlamda Yahudilerle yapılan Beni Kaynuka Gazvesi, Beni Nadir Gazvesi, Beni Kurayza Gazvesi ve Hristiyan Necran Heyeti ile yapılan antlaşmayı ve Tebük Gazvesini ilgili ayetlerin değindiği hususları tespit ederek inceledik. Sonuç kısmında Hz. Peygamber'in İslam'ı tebliğ yolu ile yaymayı benimsediği, tebliğ mücadelesinde her zaman tercihini barıştan yana kullandığı ancak başka yol kalmadığında savaşa müracaat ettiğini belirttik. Ayrıca onun Kur'an'ın rehberliğinde bir savaş hukuku oluşturduğunu ifade ettik. Değerlendirme kısmında Kur'an'ın savaş ve barışa bakış açısına dair tespitlerimizi sunduk.

In the integrity of the Qur'an and the Sirat, this study, which deals with the events of war and peace in the period of the Prophet (PHUB), consists of an introduction, two parts, interpretation, and conclusion. In the introduction, we stated that our aim is to assess the situation by evaluating the verses of war and peace within the context of the Qur'an and the practices of the Prophet (PHUB). Furthermore, we gave information about the relationship between the Qur'an and the Sirah. In addition, we evaluated the course of the Prophet's Struggle in Mecca Period in parallel with the revelation process of the revelation. In the first part of our thesis, we discussed the sariyyah, ghazwa and treaties against the polytheists, about which verses were revealed, by describing the historical background of the verses. These are the sariyyah of Batn al-nahle, Battle of Badr, Battle of Uhud, Ghazwa of Hamra Al-Asad, the Battle of Beni Mustalik, Battle of the Trench, Conquest of Mecca, Battle of Hunayn, Treaty of Hudaybiyyah. In the second part, we will include those about whom verses have been sent down and those who have verses from the treaties and battles made with the People of the Book. In this context, we analyzed the the sariyyah of Beni Kaynuka, sariyyah of Beni Nadir, sariyyah of Beni Kurayza which are made with jews, the treaty with the Christian Najran Delegation and Expedition of Tabuk by identifying the issues mentioned in the relevant verses. In the conclusion part, we state that the Prophet adopted to spread Islam by means of conveyance, He always preferred peace in the struggle for conveyance, but when there was no other way, He resorted to war. We also stated that He created a law of war under the guidance of the Qur'an. In the evaluation part, we present our findings on the Qur'an's perspective on war and peace.
