Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin eğitim inançları ile görsel sanatlar dersine yönelik tutumlarının incelenerek cinsiyet, yaş, mezun olunan lise türü, mezun olunan fakülte/yüksekokul, mezun olunan bölüm, mesleki hizmet süresi, görev yapılan okulun bulunduğu yerleşim yeri ve görev yapılan eğitim kurumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Burdur il, ilçe ve köylerdeki MEB'e bağlı okullarda görsel sanatlar dersini veren 400 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, Yılmaz ve arkadaşları (2011) tarafından geliştirilen“Eğitim İnançları Ölçeği”, Gökdaş ve Öztürk (2017) tarafından geliştirilen“Görsel Sanatlar Öğretimi Tutum Ölçeği”ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmada öğretmenlerin görsel sanatlar dersine yönelik tutum ile eğitim inanç düzeyinin orta olduğu ve en çok benimsen eğitim inancının ise ilerlemecilik olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında, eğitim inancı ile görsel sanatlar dersine yönelik tutum puanı arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada cinsiyet, yaş, mezun olunan lise türü, mezun olunan fakülte/yüksekokul, mezun olunan bölüm, mesleki hizmet süresi değişkenleri bağlamında eğitim inançlarının anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı buna karşın görev yapılan okulun yerleşim birimi ve görev yapılan eğitim kurumuna göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşma olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak, cinsiyet, görev yapılan okulun yerleşim birimi, görev yapılan eğitim kurumu ve mezun olunan bölüm değişkenleri bağlamında görsel sanatlar dersine yönelik toplam tutum puanının anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın yaş, mesleki hizmet süresi, mezun olunan lise türü ve mezun olunan fakülte/yüksekokuluna göre görsel sanatlar dersine yönelik tutum puanının anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to examine the educational beliefs of teachers and their attitudes towards visual arts course and determine this according to the variables of gender, age, type of high school graduated, faculty/school graduated, department graduated, duration of professional service, location of the school where they work, and educational institution where they work. to determine whether it differs significantly according to Relational screening model was used in the research. The study group of the research consists of 400 teachers who teach visual arts in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Burdur province, district and villages. The data of the research were collected with the“ Educational Belief Scale”developed by Yılmaz et al. (2011), the“Attitude Scale about Teaching Visual Arts Course”developed by Gökdaş and Öztürk (2017), and the“Personal Information Form”developed by the researcher. In the study, it was determined that the teachers' attitudes towards the visual arts lesson and the level of education belief were moderate, and the most accepted education belief was progressivism. In addition, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between education belief and the attitude score towards the visual arts course. In the study, it was determined that educational beliefs did not differ significantly in terms of gender, age, type of high school graduated, faculty/school graduated, department graduated, professional service period, but there was a significant differentiation according to the settlement of the school where they worked and the educational institution where they worked. Finally, it has been determined that the total attitude score towards the visual arts course differs significantly in the context of the variables of gender, the location of the school, the educational institution and the graduated department. On the other hand, it was determined that the attitude score towards the visual arts course did not differ significantly according to age, length of professional service, type of high school graduated, and graduated faculty/school.
