Özet
文化作为一种特殊的符号，在中华民族几千年的发展过程中，长期形成的独特思维及创造的社会实践结晶，中国文化构成了国家和民族的精神标识，是文化价值的高级体现，中华民族繁衍和发展，离不开文化的传承及创新。文化也是影响中国外交政策的核心要素。外交目标、外交手段和形式、外交风格等的彰显，都离不开传统文化的思维模式及其对话语体系的塑造。中国和土耳其的外交缘于古丝绸之路，那时中土文化就有交集。从建立外交到进一步合作，中土两国关系不断深化，双方都做了很大的努力，尤其在“一带一路”倡议实施后，两国的合作交流达到了空前的高度；中国是如今最大的发展中国家，“一带一路”倡议的实施过程就是打造中国经济文化软实力的强劲引擎，中国文化的传播是丝路经济带建设及文化领域的交流、融合、发展的必然要求。土耳其是古丝绸之路的终点，也是中国实施“一带一路”倡议的重要合作伙伴国家。中土关系在丝绸之路文化的复兴进程中不断深化，进行了全方位的合作，文化交流显得尤为重要。在双方政治互信不断增强、战略合作关系日益紧密的有力推动下，中国和土耳其，无论在经济合作上，还是在人文交流方面均呈现出较好的发展趋势。在中国文化传播方面，中国的孔子学院、汉语教学不断增强，艺术文化交流也日益增多，中土文化年等重大活动逐渐增加，旅游文化活动也不断增多，取得了不错的成绩。但是，虽然两国在文化交流上因为“一带一路”倡议的实施不断深化，但在发展中由于文化差异，两国的文化交流也面临一定的挑战。研究中土文化交流的历史、现状、问题和对策、原则和规律等，具有重大的现实意义和理论价值。 本文以“一带一路”倡议为视域，以中国文化在土耳其的传播为主要研究对象，运用新闻传播学、话语学、文化学等的前沿理论和方法，首先回顾了中国文化在土耳其传播的历史，进而剖析了中国文化在土耳其传播的必要性和可能性，综括了“一带一路”倡议实施后中国文化在土耳其传播的现状，探讨了中国文化在土耳其传播的路径及媒介类型，分析了中国文化在土耳其传播的困境，从语言、精神、体育、政治、饮食、旅游等方面分析了影响中国文化在土耳其传播困境的成因，从而揭示了中国文化在土耳其传播的改进策略，总结了推动中国文化在土耳其传播的规律和原则。本研究丰富了中土文化交流研究，填补了“一带一路”倡议提出以来中国文化在土耳其传播研究的空白，为未来提高中国文化在土耳其的传播质量和效率，增进中土文化交流，提供了理论支撑。关键词： 中土文化传播；“一带一路”；困境与成因；原则与策略

Culture, as a special symbol, is the social practice crystallization of unique thinkingand creation formed over a long period of time in the development process of theChinese nation for thousands of years. Chinese culture constitutes the spiritual symbol of the country and the nation, and is the high-level embodiment of cultural value. Thereproduction and development of the Chinese nation cannot be separated fromcultural inheritance and innovation. Culture is also at the core of China's foreign policy. Themanifestation of diplomatic objectives, diplomatic means and forms, diplomatic style, etc., cannot be separated from the thinking mode of traditional culture and its shapingof discourse system. The diplomatic ties between China and Turkey stem from the ancient Silk Road, when Chinese and Turkish cultures crossed paths. From the establishment of diplomacy to further cooperation, China-Turkey relations have been continuouslydeepened. Both sides have made great efforts, especially after the implementationof the Belt and Road Initiative, the cooperation and exchanges between the two countries have reached an unprecedented height. China is now the largest developing country, and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative is a strong engine to buildChina's economic and cultural soft power. The dissemination of Chinese culture is aninevitable requirement for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt andtheexchange, integration and development in the cultural field. Turkey is the terminus of the ancient Silk Road and an important partner of China in implementing the Belt andRoad Initiative. In the process of cultural revival of the Silk Road, China-Turkeyrelations have been deepened and all-round cooperation has been carried out. Cultural exchanges are particularly important. Driven by the increasing political mutual trust and closer strategic cooperative relations, China and Turkey have shown a good trendof development in both economic cooperation and cultural exchanges. In terms of Thedissemination of Chinese culture, China's Confucius Institutes and Chinese language 北京大学博士学位论文 III teaching have been continuously enhanced, art and cultural exchanges have beenincreasing, major events such as the Year of China-Turkey Culture have beengradually increased, and tourism and cultural activities have also been increasing, andgood results have been achieved. However, although the cultural exchanges betweenthe two countries are constantly deepened due to the implementation of the“Belt andRoad”Initiative, the cultural exchanges between the two countries also face certainchallenges due to cultural differences in development. It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the history, present situation, problems andcountermeasures, principles and laws of sino-Turkish cultural exchange. This paper, taking“One Belt And One Road”as the vision, to spread of Chineseculture in Turkey as the main research object, the use of journalismandcommunication, discourse, culture and so on the forefront of the theory and method, first reviewed the history of Chinese culture transmission in Turkey, then analyzes thenecessity and possibility for the spread of Chinese culture in Turkey, Sumupthe“area”initiative after implementation present situation of the spread of Chineseculture in Turkey, probes into the paths for the spread of Chinese culture in Turkeyand medium types, analysis of the predicament of the spread of Chinese culture inTurkey, from language, spirit, sports, politics, food, tourism, and other aspects areanalyzed the causes of influence the spread of Chinese culture in Turkey, Thus, it reveals the improvement strategies of Chinese culture communication in Turkey, summarizes the laws and principles of promoting Chinese culture communicationinTurkey, and provides theoretical support for improving the quality and efficiencyof Chinese culture communication in Turkey in the future.
