Özet

Hadis ilmi açısından yapılan çalışmalardan biri de bazı eserlerde yer alan hadislerin kaynak ve sıhhat derecelerini tespit etmektir. Bu çalışmalar neticesinde bu eserleri telif eden müelliflerin sahip oldukları ilmi otorite tespit edildiği gibi, ilgili eserin ilmi değeride ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu düşünceden hareketle çalışmamızda Osmanlının son yılları ile Cumhuriyetin ilk yılları arasında yaşamış olan Halife Yusuf Topçu'yu (öl. 1885/1965) ve Tuhfetü'z-Zâkirîn adlı eserinin içermiş olduğu bazı rivâyetlerin kaynak ve sıhhat derecelerinin tespiti yapılmıştır. Halife Yusuf Topçu'nun Tuhfetü'z-Zâkirîn adlı eseri, ale'l-ebvâb yöntemiyle telif edilmiş derleme bir eserdir. İlim ve ulemanın fazileti konusuyla başlayıp namaz, oruç, hac, zekât ve faiz gibi birçok konuyu ihtiva etmektedir. Eserin içeriğinde elli bab başlığı, beş yüz doksan dört hadis, altı İsrâili rivâyet ile yirmi bir âlim sözünün geçtiği tespit edilmiştir. Eserde yer alan hadislerin Arapça metinleri üstte, Arap alfabesi ile Kürtçe tercümesi ise altta yer almaktadır. Eser baştan sona incelendiği zaman, hadislerin dışında menakib ve ulemaya ait bazı sözlerin yer aldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca bir takım usûl bilgilerinin yanı sıra farklı konuları da ihtiva etmektedir. Tuhfetü'z-Zâkirîn, kaleme alındığı günden beri özellikle vaaz ve nasihatlerde sıkça kullanılan bir eser olmuştur. Sahip olduğu şöhret ve yaygın kullanımı nedeni ile dini tebliğde kullanılan bu eserdeki rivâyetlerin ne kadar güvenilir olduğunu tespit etmenin oldukça önemli olduğu kanaatindeyiz. Bu düşünceden hareketle öncelikle müellif Halife Yusuf hakkında bir takım bilgiler verilmiştir. Tuhfetü'z-Zâkirîn'nin genel yapısını bildiren bir takım bilgiler verildikten sonra, eserde yer alan rivâyetlerin sayısı altı yüze yakın olmasından ve bütün rivâyetlerin değerlendirmesini yapmanın çalışmamızın hacmini aşacağından dolayı, eserde yer alan yüz elli rivâyetin kaynak ve sıhhat derecelerinin tespiti yapılmıştır. Değerlendirmesi yapılan rivâyetlerden hareketle gerek Halife Yusuf'un hadisçiliği gerekse Tuhfetü'z-Zâkirîn'nin konumu hakkında bazı değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.

One of the studies carried out in terms of hadith dısciplixcs is to determine the source and authenticity of the hadiths in some works. As a result of these studies, the scientific authority of the authors who copyrighted these works is determined, as well as the scientific value of the relevant work. Based on this idea, in our study, the source and soundness levels of some of the narrations included in the work of Caliph Yusuf Topçu (d. 1885/1965) and Tuhfat az-Zâkirîn, who lived between the last years of the Ottoman Empire and the first years of the Republic, were determined. Caliph Yusuf Topçu's Tuhfat az-Zâkirîn is a compilation work that has been copyrighted by the ale'l-ebvâb method. It starts with the subject of knowledge and the virtue of the scholars and includes many subjects such as prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, zakat and interest. It has been determined that in the content of the work, fifty chapters, five hundred and ninety-four hadiths, six Israeli narrations, and twenty-one scholars words mentioned. The Arabic texts of the hadiths in the work are at the top, and the Arabic alphabet and their Kurdish translation are at the bottom. When the work is examined from the beginning to the end, it is seen that there are different narrations apart from the hadiths, and that it also contains different subjects as well as some procedural information. Tuhfat az-Zâkirîn has been a frequently used work especially in sermons and advice since the day it was written. We believe that it is very important to determine how reliable the narrations in this work, which is used in religious communiqué, are due to its reputation and widespread use. Based on this idea, first of all, some information about the author, Caliph Yusuf, is given. After giving some information about the general structure of Tuhfet az-Zâkirîn, since the number of narrations in the work is close to six hundred and it would exceed the volume of our work to evaluate all the narrations, the source and soundness levels of nearly one hundred and sixty narrations in the work were determined. Based on the narrations evaluated, an evaluation has been made about both the hadithism of Caliph Yusuf and the position of Tuhfat az-Zâkirîn.
