Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında Plotinus ve Yunus Emre'nin düşünceleri bireysellik-evrensellik ekseninde ele alınıp felsefi danışmanlıkla ilişkilendirilmeye çalışılmış, bireyi farklı bir ilkeden hareketle ele alan, iki farklı filozof ve iki farklı gelenekten çıkan ortak bir duyuşun felsefi danışmanlığa ilke ve yöntemsel ne gibi yeni imkânlar sunabileceği araştırılmıştır. İki düşünürde ortak olan görüş, insanın bireyselliği aşan,“evrensel-tinsel”bir varlık olmasıdır. Rachel Blass'ın Zen Budizm'deki benlik kavramından örnekle felsefi danışmanlığa taşıdığı“kendini aşma”yaklaşımı, Yunus Emre ve Plotinus'un düşünce sistemlerinin de anahtar kavramıdır. Her ikisinde de“ben”, yüksek bir bilinç durumunun karşılığı olarak; Bir'i temaşa, Tanrı'yla birlik, külli-evrensel nefs gibi değişik edim ve kavramlarla da olsa aynı anlama gelecek şekilde ifade edilir. Dolayısıyla Blass'ın kendini aşma (self-transcendence) edimi daha en baştan Yunus Emre ve Plotinus düşüncelerinin nihai hedefidir.

In this thesis, the thoughts of Plotinus and Yunus Emre were discussed on the axis of individuality-universality and tried to be associated with philosophical counseling, and what new possibilities could be offered to philosophical counseling, in principle and method, by a common sense of two different philosophers and two different traditions, which deals with the individual from a different principle has been researched. The common view between the two thinkers is that man is a“universal-spiritual”being that transcends individuality. The“self-transcendence”approach, which Rachel Blass carries from the concept of self in Zen Buddhism to philosophical counseling, is also the key concept of the thought systems of Yunus Emre and Plotinus. It is expressed with the same meaning, although with different acts and concepts such as contemplation, unity with God, külli nefs-universal soul. Therefore, Blass' act of transcendence is the ultimate goal of Yunus Emre and Plotinus thoughts from the very beginning.
