Özet
Göç olgusu hem göç edilen yer hem de göçmenler açısından dinamik bir süreçtir. Birçok bakış açısını içerisinde bulunduran göç, iyi yönetildiğinde avantaj sağlayabileceği gibi iyi yönetilmediği takdirde toplumsal, siyasal ve ekonomik sorunların doğuşuna sebebiyet verebilir. Göç olgusunun yarattığı sorunların azaltılması veya etkilerin hafifletilmesi için problemlerinin temel kaynağının tespiti büyük önem arz etmektedir. Demokrasiyi benimsemiş ülkelerde siyasi partiler toplumsal süreçlerin belirleyicisi konumdadır. Siyasi partilerin demokrasinin sınırları ölçüsünde devletin işleyişine etki ederek bu sürecin şekillenmesine katkı sağladığı gündemlerden birisi de göç konusudur. Bu çalışmada temel araştırma metodu olarak vaka analizi tercih edilmiştir. Kavramsal bakımından literatürde yer alan nitel ve nicel verilerden yararlanılarak göç olgusuna dair genel bir çerçeve çizilmiştir. Tarihsel yöntem kullanılarak 2011 yılı itibariyle başlayan Suriye İç Savaşı sonucunda oluşan istikrarsız yapının bölgesel ve küresel açıdan oluşturduğu göç problemi ve sığınmacı sorunu ele alınmıştır. Göç olgusunun Türk siyasi hayatına etkileri betimsel ve bağlantısal yöntemler aracı kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bununla beraber, mülteci, göçmen ve sığınmacı kavramları kaynak taraması yöntemiyle açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca belirlenen ekonomik ve sosyoekonomik kuramlar dahilinde spesifik açıdan Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi'nin göç sorununa yaklaşımı araştırılmıştır.

The phenomenon of migration is a dynamic process in terms of both the place of migration and the immigrants. Migration, which includes many perspectives, can provide an advantage when well-managed, but if not well-managed, it can cause social, political, and economic problems. To reduce or eliminate the problems created by the phenomenon of migration, it is of great importance to determine the main source of the problems. In countries that have adopted democracy, political parties are the determinants of social processes. One of the agendas that political parties contribute to the shaping of this process by influencing the functioning of the state within the limits of democracy is the issue of migration. In this study, case analysis was preferred as the basic research method. In terms of concepts, a general framework has been drawn on the phenomenon of migration by using the qualitative and quantitative data in the literature. Using the historical method, the migration problem and the refugee problem, which was created by the unstable structure that emerged as a result of the Syrian Civil War, which started in 2011, in regional and global terms, were discussed. The effects of the phenomenon of migration on Turkish political life were examined using descriptive and relational methods. In addition, the concepts of refugee, immigrant, and asylum seeker are explained by the method of literature review. In addition, the approach of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) to the immigration problem has been researched specifically within the determined economic and socioeconomic theories.
