ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi TÜRKİYE'DE SERBEST BÖLGELER, İŞLEM GÖREN TARIMSAL ÜRÜNLERİN DURUMU VE UYGULANAN MALİ MEVZUAT ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA Murat KÖYSÜREN Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Ekonomisi Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. Taner KTRAL Yd: 1998 Sayfa 87 Jüri : Prof. Dr. Taner KTRAL Prof.Dr.Selahattin ERAKTAN Prof.Dr.Ömer Faruk YALÇIN Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilki 1987 yılında kurulan bugün sayıları sekize ulaşan Serbest Bölgeler konusunu incelemek, bu bölgelerde işlem gören tarımsal ürünler ile bunların tabi olduğu mali ve ticari mevzuatı ortaya koymak suretiyle tarım ürünleri ihracat ve ithalatçılarına belli ölçüde de olsa yarar sağlamaktır. Sekiz Bölge içinden tarım ürünleri ticareti en yüksek olan Mersin Serbest Bölgesi' ne bizzat gidilerek bölgede araştırma yapılmıştır. Serbest Bölgelerin milli gelirden istihdama ulusal ve uluslararası düzeydeki etkinliğine de değinilmiştir. Kuruluşundan bu yana izlenen gelişmeler çizelgeler yardımıyla kolay anlaşılabilir hale getirilmiştir. ABSTRACT Master Thesis A STUDY ON FREE ZONES IN TURKEY, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS PROCEESSED, AND THE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS APPLIED Murat KÖYSÜREN Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science Department of Agricultural Economics Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Taner KERAL Year: 1998 Page: 87 Jury : Prof. Dr. Taner KIRAL Prof.Dr.Selahattin ERAKTAN Prof.Dr.Ömer Faruk YALÇIN The aim of this study is to investigate the free zones in Turkey for agricultural products processed and financial regulations applied, hence help the exporters and the importers who wants to use these zones The first free zone has been established in 1987 and their numbers have been reached to eight by now. The Mersin's free zone was selected to performe this study. The Mersin's free zone has the largest share in agricultural trade in the eight free zones. In this study, the activities of free zones on national income to employment on national and international scale have been investigated.
