Özet
This study has been prepared to present the relations that Iran has established with the Sunni groups such as the Muslim brothers and Hamas while constructing its regional policy in the aftermath of the Arab Spring. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, information about the Iran foreign policy and the factors shaping Iran foreign policy is given. In the second part of the thesis, establishments, basic principles and historical developments of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas are discussed. In the third part, the Arab Spring period, Iranian foreign policy in the aftermath of the period and the relations Iran established with Hamas and Muslim brothers are analysed in the context of causality. Such research is very significant in understanding the reasons for the ties that Iranian foreign policy established with Sunni groups after the Arab Spring. It is hoped that such a study can be a guide for understanding the crises after the Arab Spring from the Iranian perspective. It is of particular importance as there is limited research to demonstrate that Iran's post-Arab spring different policy should be addressed together with Sunni groups.
