Özet
Tezimiz üç bölümden oluşacaktır. Tezimizin ilk bölümünde; tez boyunca sıkça kullanacağımız bir kümenin çekirdeği, -küme, -kapalı küme, V-küme gibi temel tanımları ve ilgili teoremleri incelenecektir. İkinci bölümünde; topolojik uzay kavramından daha zayıf olan ideal topolojik uzay kavramı hatırlatılacak ve temel tanımlar ve teoremler incelenecektir. Üstelik; önemli örnekler de incelenecektir. Tezimizin son kısmında; ideal topolojik uzaylardaki strong -I-açık kümeler kavramını kullanarak bir kümenin strong -I-çekirdeği, sI-kümeler, genelleştirilmiş sI-kümeler, sI-kapalı kümeler kavramlarını tanımlayacağız. İyi bilinir ki; strong -I-açık kümeler kavramı Hatir, Keskin and Noiri[13] tarafından verildi ve bu kavram, pre-I-açık küme kavramından daha zayıftır. Aynı zamanda tezimizde, strong -I-T1 –uzaylar ve -I-T2 –uzaylar isimli iki zayıf ayırma aksiyomu da sunulmuş olunacaktır. Üstelik; sürekliliğin yeni bir çeşidini elde etmek için sI-sürekli fonksiyonlar isimli süreklilik çeşidini karakterize edeceğiz. Son olarak; bazı sürekli fonksiyonlar arasındaki ilişkileri içeren bir şekil vereceğiz

Our thesis will occur three sections. In the first part of our thesis, some basic definitions such as the kernel of a set, -set, -closed set, V-set and related theorems that we will use frequently throughout the thesis will be examined. In the second part, the notion of ideal topological space which is weaker than topological space will be recalled and fundemental definitions and theorems will be examined. Besides, important examples will be given. In the final part of our thesis; we will define the notions of strong -I-kernel of a set, sI-sets, generalized sI-sets, sI-closed sets by using the concepts of strong -I-open sets in ideal topological spaces. It is well known that the notion of strong -I-open sets is given by Hatir, Keskin and Noiri[13] and this notion is weaker than the notion of pre-I-open sets. Several characteristics will be studied. Also, two low separation axioms, namely strong -I-T1 spaces and strong -I-T2 spaces will be presented. Morever to obtain a new decomposition of continuity, we will characterize variant of continuity; namely sI-continuous. Finally, we will give a diagram which is consist of relations of among some continuous functions.
