Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı COVID-19 pandemisi döneminde görev yapan sağlık personelinin benlik saygıları ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri belirlenerek bazı değişkenlere göre aralarındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Uşak Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde görev yapan doktor, hemşire, yardımcı sağlık hizmetleri ve sağlık memuru olarak görev yapan toplam 321 adet sağlık personeli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada katılımcılara kişisel bilgi formunun yanı sıra Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Veri setinin istatistiksel analizinde yüzde/frekans dağılımlarının yanı sıra parametrik test varsayımları sağlandığından t testi ve anova testi kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler arası ilişkinin belirlenmesinde korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır ve tüm istatistiksel analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi .05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre sağlık personelinin %72'sinin henüz COVID-19 teşhisi almadığı ve %65,4'ü sağlık personeli olması nedeniyle dışlanmaya maruz kaldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Benlik saygılarının yüksek olduğu, maslach tükenmişlik ölçeğine göre duygusal tükenme ve kişisel başarı alt boyutlarında tükenmişlik düzeyinin yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmada benlik saygısı ile duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen tüm bulgular ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılarak yorumlanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to determine the self-esteem and burnout levels of health personnel working during the COVID-19 pandemic period and to examine the relationship between them according to some variables. The sample of the study consists of 321 health personnel working as doctors, nurses, assistant health services and health officers working in Uşak Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi. In addition to the personal information form, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Maslach Burnout Scale were applied to the participants in the study. In the statistical analysis of the data set, t-test and anova test were used since the parametric test assumptions were provided as well as the percentage/frequency distributions. Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the scales and the level of significance was taken as .05 in all statistical analyzes. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that 72% of the health personnel have not yet been diagnosed with COVID-19 and 65.4% are exposed to exclusion because they are health personnel. It was determined that their self-esteem was high, and the level of burnout was high in the sub-dimensions of emotional exhaustion and personal achievement according to the Maslach burnout scale. In the study, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. All the findings obtained were discussed and interpreted in the light of the relevant literature.
