Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı zorunlu göçle Türkiye'ye gelip Eskişehir'e yerleşmiş ve farklı türde liselerde öğrenim gören mülteci lise öğrencilerinin çok boyutlu yoksulluk deneyimlerini, yoksulluk nedeniyle yaşadıkları sorunları ve yoksullukla baş etmek için ne tür stratejilere başvurduklarını ortaya koymaktır. Karma yöntemin açımlayıcı sıralı deseni ile hazırlanan bu çalışmada Afganistan, Suriye, Irak, İran gibi ülkelerden gelmiş ve Eskişehir il merkezindeki farklı türde liselerde öğrenim gören 976 mülteci öğrenci çalışma evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem gruplarının belirlenmesi için; nicel boyutta basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi, nitel boyutta ise amaçlı örnekleme yönteminin ölçüt ve maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, 276 mülteci öğrenci nicel boyuttaki; 27 mülteci öğrenci ise nitel boyuttaki örneklemi oluşturmaktadır. Verileri toplamak için 87 sorudan oluşan bir anket; derinlemesine görüşmeler için 43 soruluk bir yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Nicel veriler için SPSS veri analiz programıyla betimleyici istatistiki analizler; nitel boyutta betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda mülteci lise öğrencilerinin barınma, tüketim, eğitim, kişisel ihtiyaçların karşılanması, katılım, serbest zaman, teknoloji, sosyal ilişkiler, sağlık vb. gibi alanlarda çok boyutlu bir yoksulluğu deneyimledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Çoğunun kirada oturduğu, bir kısmının okul saatleri dışında garsonluk, karton toplayıcılığı, kuaför ve kasap çırağı, komilik ve pazarcılık gibi işlerde çalıştığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca, katılımcıların, okul saatleri dışında daha çok aileleriyle vakit geçirdiklerine; serbest zaman faaliyetlerine katılmayı pek tercih etmediklerine de ulaşılmıştır. Son olarak, katılımcılardan bazılarının ulusötesi göçmen ağları üzerinden ulusötesi yoksullukla baş etme stratejilerine başvurdukları ve çeşitli yardımlar alma yoluna gittikleri; bunun da köken ülkeleri aynı olan mülteciler arasındaki ulusötesi diğergamlığı ve ağları canlı tuttuğu tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to reveal the multidimensional poverty experiences of refugee high school students who came to Turkey with forced migration and settled in Eskişehir and studied in different types of high schools, the problems they experienced due to poverty and what kind of strategies they resorted to to cope with poverty. In this study, which was prepared with the explanatory sequential design of the mixed method, 976 refugee students who came from countries such as Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran and studied in different types of high schools in the city center of Eskişehir constitute the study universe. For the determination of sample groups; In the quantitative dimension, the simple random sampling method, and in the qualitative dimension, the criterion and maximum variation sampling methods of the purposive sampling method were used. In this context, 276 refugee students in quantitative dimensions; 27 refugee students constitute the qualitative sample. A questionnaire consisting of 87 questions to collect the data; A semi-structured interview form with 43 questions was used for in-depth interviews. Descriptive statistical analyzes with SPSS data analysis program for quantitative data; descriptive analysis and content analysis were carried out in the qualitative dimension. As a result of the analyzes, refugee high school students' housing, consumption, education, meeting personal needs, participation, free time, technology, social relations, health, etc. It has been determined that they experience a multidimensional poverty in areas such as It has been seen that most of them are rented, and some of them work outside school hours such as waitresses, cardboard collectors, hairdressers and butcher's apprentices, busboys and marketing. In addition, it was stated that the participants spent more time with their families outside of school hours; It has also been reached that they do not prefer to participate in leisure time activities. Finally, some of the participants resorted to strategies to cope with transnational poverty through transnational migrant networks and sought various assistance; it has been determined that this keeps transnational altruism and networks alive among refugees with the same country of origin.
